Superb 3 days Masai Mara safari
4/5

Grateful for this company for services offered; from tour van, tour guide, accommodation and smooth ride to game park and back to the city. My friends and I enjoyed this trip and planning to visit again.

Massai Mara tour
4/5

John was very helpful and more than open to any questions regarding the tour. He also helped us purchase stuff since our bags did not arrive at the airport, The downside of our tour was that our car was completely full, while others seemed to be in a more comfortable position for watching the animals and take photos. This also proves that many people choose for ACZ too! Also, we went for the option of staying at a Masai village for a night, but it had an additional cost of $60 for two persons; this seems a bit steep for what you are getting in return. Sure it is interesting learning from these people and experiencing this way of life briefly.

Great service
4/5

Well organised, communication from start to finish was very well handled. The only thing they can improve on is having a credit card machine. Would recommend and certainly use again in the future.

Wish I had another 3 days of safari at Masai Mara
4/5

Very well organised by John and well taken care of by Peter our tour driver/ guide. Rustic and tented camp that one expected and all facilities as promised . Nothing amiss .
Masai Mara is a must visit and ACS is a good tour operator to go with

Comfortable Budget safari with friendly driver/guide
4/5

ACZ very good in communication & pricing with clients. start the safari on exact time, drivers are very tourist friendly. Make adequate arrangements for staying/food as per safari choice (Budget, luxury etc). In case of a broken down vehicle, tourists are adjusted immediately in next vehicle, so travelling with them is tension free. Their drivers have rich knowledge of flora and fauna in national parks.

Decent experience
4/5

The Safari experience was good in general. We got to see the big five. Our driver was very experienced and know what he was doing. The accommodation was basic but acceptable. The landscape of the safari is absolutely stunning! The visit to the local masai village was wonderful.

Masai tour
4/5

ACZ safari arranged me the tour to Masai which was cheapest among competitors . Arrangement was very decent for the price they have offered for both accommodation and food . What i liked most was their prompt reply for all the queries raised from me for the Masai trip . Food was very tasty . Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about places and very nice who took to all the places and also made us to see the big beast river crossing . But could not see all Big fives missed leopard and rhinos . Still i felt the trip was good . Looking for another Masai tour with ACZ safari.

African comfort zone Safari is reliable and good option for budget travelers like me
4/5

John is good person even I only see him once during the whole four days trip , we used WhatsApp and email but the communication was good and he replied very soon about many things . and John arranged me a cab from airport to town in middle night by 25 USD that was reasonable.
the Safari guide is another guy , named James , can not remember what his full name exact is , did not make me very satisfied , he did somehow change the schedules and routes, of course he did asked the group agreement before , but this behavior still a little bit not feeling good. and sometimes he obviously started the game driving later than other guide in the same camp like 30 minutes at least . but generally he is still good guide . and we have seen all animals what we want to see .
African comfort zone is definitely a good choice and I had a good tirp . I still highly recommend them to new comer . I also will recommend my friends to John. thanks John .

Cool Safari Experience
4/5

Communication with booking was smooth, for the most part. The service was good. The guide was very knowledgable and helpful. The tour itself was too long. You don't need to do the evening and the full day. I would suggest just doing a 2 day safari versus the 3. The lodging wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and was quite liveable for the 2 nights. The ride to the safari is rough and extremely bumpy so if you have motion sickness, bring meds with you.

Basic accommodations, excellent guides
4/5

ACZ Safari is one of the most affordable options available for a Maasai Mara safari, well organized, and has excellent guides. But because it is really affordable, the accomodations are very basic and a bit old/worn out. For example, I had to ask to replace the mosquito nets in our tent because they were torn and dirty. Despite the basic accomodations, the food was very good. My position on safaris is that you are going to see the same animals whether you pay for luxury accomodations or basic ones. So, if you want glamping, this is not the right option. But if you want to see the Mara at a very affordable rate, ACZ is a very good option.
