Reliable, knowledgeable and genuine guide. An unforgettable experience for my family of 5.
It was my family's first time to South Africa and we had a great and memorable 9 days with Red Africa Safaris.
Jaco was exceptional and knowledgeable. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. We learnt a lot about wildlife and plants. Food prepared was amazing and delicious. We never had to worry about feeling hungry.
The accommodations arranged were fantastic and comfortable. We spent two days in the Greater Kruger area and the rest in Kruger area. Highly recommended to spend a few days in Greater Kruger area. Experience there was truly immersive and we had a wonderful time.
We wholeheartedly recommend Red Africa Safaris to anyone who wants a highly customizable and reliable tour.

Our experience with Red Safari in Kruger National Park was nothing short of incredible! From the moment our adventure began until our final game drive, everything was exceptionally well organized, professional, and exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to our amazing tour guide (Mr.Jaco), who truly made this trip unforgettable. His passion for wildlife, deep knowledge of the park, and ability to spot animals that we would have completely missed were absolutely remarkable. Every drive was educational, exciting, and filled with fascinating facts about the animals, birds, plants, and the unique ecosystem of Kruger National Park. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and his enthusiasm made every moment even more enjoyable.

He answered every question with enthusiasm and shared stories that brought the African bush to life. His experience and sharp eye helped us enjoy incredible wildlife sightings that we’ll remember forever.
The entire Red Safari team provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The accommodations, meals, transportation, and daily activities were all well planned, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. Every sunrise game drive, sunset, and evening under the African sky created memories that will last a lifetime.

An Experience We’ll Never Forget
This was our first ever safari, and the experience with Red Africa Safaris in Kruger National Park couldn’t have been better. We visited in April 2026, and having Jaco as our guide made all the difference.
What stood out most was how naturally Jaco reads the bush. He didn’t just point out animals — he helped us understand what we were seeing, from subtle behavior to how different species interact with their surroundings. His deep respect for nature and conservation came through in everything he shared, which added so much value to every drive.
Beyond his expertise, Jaco was calm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the trip. He constantly checked in with us and made sure each day felt well paced and enjoyable. It was clear he cared deeply about giving us a memorable safari, not just ticking boxes.
One thing we didn’t expect was how good the food would be. After full days out in the park, coming back to fresh, beautifully prepared meals was a real highlight in itself.

Unforgettable Safari experience
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Red Africa Safaris in Kruger National Park (April 2026), and our guide Jaco made it truly unforgettable.
The incredible beauty of the Kruger National Park took our breath away and the experience with Red Africa Safaris was just excellent.
Jaco’s wildlife expertise is outstanding—he has deep knowledge of animal behavior and shared fascinating insights that made every sighting special. What really stood out was his genuine passion and respect for wildlife and conservation, which added so much meaning to the experience.
Jaco was kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible trip, even improvising activities to adapt to the weather. He was also a fantastic photographer and cook—delicious meals after long safari days made the experience even better.

Absolutely an amazing way to spend your birthday
I went to South Africa for my 30th birthday and to say it was a breeze is an understatement. Red Africa made it so special and our guide Jaco made it so unforgettable. He is truly a master at his craft and I highly recommend him and Red Africa. One of the best experiences of my life.

Jaco was passionate, attentive and really cared about our comfort and that every one was happy!
We couldn’t have asked for a better tour. It was organized and felt very professional. Jaco our tour guide was amazing. His passion for the job and animals/nature in general really made for great conversations. Any questions we had we would have an answer! By the end of the 5 days it felt like we had a good bond between the group and Jaco which felt good! Overall I’d say it felt very worth the money. We got to see so much within the 5 days and it was definitely a trip of a lifetime that I’ll never forget!

Jocko is a truly impressive person who is both extremely knowledgeable and fun to hangout with!
Our group had a very good experience. Of course Kruger was amazing but Red Safari does a great job of making the rest of the trip amazing too. They break up the driving with unique stops along the way and have picked out some really cool resorts you stay at that I don’t think you would find without them. I also can’t say enough nice things about our guide Jocko. He made a great trip even better with effortless charm, easy going attitude, and vast knowledge of the bush. It is easy to see that he really loves what he does.

One of a Kind
We had the absolute privilege of spending several unforgettable days on safari with Jaco from Red Africa Safaris, and I truly cannot recommend him highly enough. From the Panoramic Route to the Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre and our time in Kruger National Park, every moment of the experience was elevated by his incredible knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does.
Jaco is exceptionally skilled and deeply in tune with his craft as a guide. He shared insight after insight about the landscape, wildlife, and ecosystems in a way that made the entire journey feel meaningful, immersive, and personal. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and reliable.
Red Africa Safaris was top-notch in all respects. Their office staff was responsive and willing to answer all of my questions, including discussing possible modifications to the proposed itinerary and how that would affect cost. When I arrived, I got all that I paid for and more. My guide Jaco was reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable. The lodge that they arranged for in Greater Kruger was great and exactly what I was hoping for in terms of a wildlife experience. I'm sure I could have paid more for fancier accommodations, but I was looking for an experience of the geography and environment of Greater Kruger with knowledgeable and reliable guides, not for the latest hotel amenities, and I got precisely that.
