DK Tours and Safaris are great
DK Tours And Safaris were great. We did a 10 day Hwange NP, Victoria Falls & Chobe NP trip with them.
DK were very easy to deal with - very prompt in replying to any questions before & during the tour, reliable & punctual pickups (they always turned up & were waiting for us at the scheduled time). All the staff were friendly & informative (Webster, Owen, Enoch, Brighton - i hope i did not forget anyone!).
The accommodation they booked was great & had friendly helpful staff, great meals - Robins Camp was charming & a great experience to stay there inside Hwange NP, with banded mongoose, warthogs, impala & other wildlife nearby, great guide (Mongameli, Mr President) was informative & a great wildlife spotter plus made great G&Ts & had a variety of snacks for us each sunset. A'Zambezi was a lovely setting right on the river at Victoria Falls & had a free shuttle to town & traditional dances one night. TraveLodge, Kasane was very friendly, a few minutes drive from Chobe NP, a nice platform at the back for a sunset view. The guides we had were great too - Cobra, LT & Tsebe(?) all were great wildlife spotters & friendly & safety conscious.
The activities DK organised & offered were great too - the helicopter flight with Chikopopo was amazing, all the game drives & boat trips excellent. The dinner at Boma was great - I loved where we all took part in a combined drum performance - great fun (you get to stay in your seat so its not embarrassing at all! & I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying it).
It was all good, there is nothing bad to say about DK. I would definitely use them again if I come back to any countries they cover.
We saw 4 of the Big 5 & lots of wildlife close up - lions, elephants, giraffes, zebra, hippos, impala, wildebeest, tsesebe, black backed jackals, cape buffalo, baboons, and even 2 leopards & cheetahs, mongoose, crocodiles, plus lovely birds - lilac-breastfed roller, kori bustards, a secretary bird, and more.

Assistance with tours
A big thank you to Webster for all his help. He went out of his way to connect me with the right people and helped me find budget friendly options during my trip. What I appreciated most was that he genuinely wanted to help and wasn't doing it for any personal gain.

OUR BEST EVER SAFARI
We had the best safari experience ever! Chobe National Park is absolutely amazing. We saw lions every day, a leopard, four cheetahs, mongooses, two hyenas, and about 20 sable antelope crossing the road right in front of us, plus all the other incredible African animals such as elephants, giraffes, and so much more.
Tony Mobile Safaris looked after us so well. Everything was excellent.
Starting with our guide, Martengu — he is a good boat and vehicle driver, and best of all, he has such a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent tracker. The best guide we have ever had in in any tour Africa and South America.
Ta and Dishon were also so friendly. Ta is a fantastic cook; we loved all the meals he prepared, and Dishon set up the camp so well. We were not expecting such a large tent and private amenities.
Thank you all for making this such a memorable experience.
Absolutely superlative service and tours
We did two absolutely amazing tours with DK Tours and Safari; an all day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana which included a morning safari and afternoon boat ride, and then a three hour game drive in the afternoon through Zambezi National Park. Both were absolutely outstanding. Cobra, our day guide through Chobe, has an incredibly sharp eye and we were able to witness a plethora of animals; so magical so see them in their natural habitat. Highlights would include a whole family of elephants from extremely close proximity (but always with safety in mind). Seeing, hearing, experiences these magnificent creatures and their young ones feeding and interacting is something that will stay with me for a lifetime. Also memorable was coming across a couple of lions feeding on a recently killed water buffalo; a humble reminder of the circle of life and in its own powerful way, very beautiful. The river portion of the trip revealed crocodiles, hippos, and beautiful bird species. The next day on the three hour afternoon drive through Zambezi. Though a smaller, less ‘commercial’ park than Chobe, our wonderful guide Enock was able to show us sights we did not see in Chobe; most notably, water buffalo, zebras, and the once in a lifetime experience of watching a lioness stalking a group of warthogs. Equally special was the group of elephants emerging from the hills, coming down to the water hole at sunset. Organization and communication for both were wonderful. A most highly recommended company!

Very well organised, punctual, reliable and had a fantastic experience
We had a fantastic time, especially the amazing Victoria Falls and the spectacular Chobe NP were memorable experiences. The Okavango was on our bucket list and we can now tick that box. Webster and his team were fabulous. Punctual and flexible. Very responsive to all my questions (I had booked more than 15 months before). I have now received my certificate for eating mopane worms at the Bomo dinner. Thanks to Webster. Nothing was too much trouble. Always on time and punctual. And his van and 4WD were in good condition and reliable and minimised the impact of all the potholes. We look forward to seeing more of Zimbabwe and surrounds and wouldn't hesitate to use Sambawezi (DK Tours and Safaris) again.

Caring, highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating
DK Tours really stands out on excellent service from the minute the first contact was made on whatsapp. Owen provided good recommendations and options to suit our budget. Webster personally welcomed us when we arrived at the DK Home. Enoch is a trusted guide and driver, everyone in town seems to know him. We managed to cover all 4 countries in 6 days without stress. Professional local operator, Enoch a great guide
We did a 9 day safari circuit across Botswana and Zimbabwe organised by the DK Tours team. They did a superb job organising great accommodation and at more favourable rates compared to us booking ourselves. Throughout, Webster, Owen, Brighton and the team communicated promptly and tailored the itinerary to our requirements. For those booking in future, I recommend you talk things through with the team as they are able to specifically tailor based on what is of most interest. There is more flexibility than I anticipated to adjust the base schedule.
The best part of the trip was the time we spent with our guide Enoch. He was a wonderful host, has extraordinary knowledge of the flora & fauna and wants to give his clients the best experience.
If we were doing the trip again, we would definitely have spent more time exploring Hwange as we spent most of our time in the Botswana parks.

Amazing , just above expectations
It was a first time with this company. It was an individual tour just for my family. It wasn’t a first safari for me but for my husband and daughter it was the first time African tour: safari and sightseeing. From meeting us at airport and returning us back to airport, we felt absolutely safe and comfortable with our tour operator. Webster is amazing, he was communicating with me before the tour and during the tour. He was answering all my questions during booking, making changes after the booking and during our visit provided us with excellent customer service and making adjustments as I requested besides the scheduled activities. The accommodations were very unexpected especially being in the middle of the jungle/ nowhere. When I stepped into my room at the lodge, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room and plumbing. It was way above my expectations. Food was perfect. Our game driver was simply amazing. Maybe it was us but we saw almost all animals from the list. We met some other groups and they were complaining about not seeing any animals in the park. After
Going to the different park in the different country and we were fortunate to get another superb game driver who gave us another great safari experience. I took a lot of photos of animals. The other part of our tour was sightseeing: waterfall was great, we took advantage of additional opportunities to take a helicopter ride over the waterfall. Local cuisine restaurant with entertainment and hotel was great. Always we felt safe and welcome and any place we stayed. If you are interested in safari and sightseeing tour I would definitely recommend this tour operator. Another thing is it was pretty much affordable for what we received.

Exceptional service throughout
My husband and I booked a tour of Victoria Falls and Botswana with DK Tours and Safaris and could not have asked for a better experience. The whole team were knowledgeable, organised and attentive throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble, the itinerary was absolutely fantastic- a mix of various types of safari, a Mokoro trip, visiting Victoria Falls and sleeping out on the Ntwetwe Pan, and the trip ran extremely smoothly and we felt it was all very good value for money.
Webster and Owen were very helpful before we went out in helping to answer numerous questions very quickly and comprehensively.
It was an absolutely incredible trip, full of very special memories which will last a lifetime, and the team at DK tours were faultless- we felt completely safe and reassured in their hands.

This was a special birthday trip customized for my sister and I.
Webster has the best staff and contractors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From game viewing of the animals in their natural habitat, to bush meals, river cruises, mokoro excursion into the Okavango Delta, school and village visit, Victoria Falls viewing, close encounters with the elephants at Elephant Sands, the itinerary was amazing. Accommodations and meals were varied and authentic.
Africa has captured our hearts. We will be forever grateful to Webster and DK Tours for the trip of a lifetime.
