Well done team Safari Lifestyles
5/5

Amazing....

We had been to Tanzania quite a few years ago when the kids were a bit younger... they are a bit more grown up now and we wanted to try something different and went to Botswana.

We found Safari lifestyles and they were definitely the most responsive and knowledgeable with one of the owners being an incredible wildlife photographer.

On advice from Roger, my husband and I with our 3 kids went to the Kalahari, Linyanti and then the Okavango... then stopped of in Zambia for a relaxing time on the Zambezi... Right on it...!!

Easily one of the best vacations we have ever had... now our daughter wants to become a safari guide!

Thanks to team Safari Lifestyles... came up trumps!!... cant recommend you guys enough.

Remote and Beautiful Botswana
5/5

We are a family of 7 and we have dreamed of touring Botswana for many years. Only now did we get the chance to visit this amazing wildlife..

We chose Safari Lifestyles as they answered all of our questions very well and honestly... We thought we would like to go to lodges but we realised this would be too expensive. Safari Lifestyles suggested a private camping safari for just our family...

We were not so sure what to expect but Roger gave us much information and made sure we were very comfortable...

We stayed in very wild areas and no one else was with us for the whole trip. Our guide and food were really better than we expected and there was not one animal we didnt see.. including lions close to camp at night.... I didn't sleep that evening but we were very safe.. We are from Denmark and this was a real adventure for us.

This was the best holiday we have ever had and it was our first safari....

We would say that Safari Lifestyles is very good and listened to what we wanted and helped us with everything... Roger even came out to see us for one evening for dinner in his own car.

Wonderful.

Back at work... wish I was back in the bush!
5/5

We have just got back to Perth and I'm sitting here at work wondering why we left Botswana.

It was a bit of an extending holiday including South Africa, but without doubt the highlight was our lodge safari in Botswana.... Safari Lifestyles got it just right, nothing too pretentious, relaxation with exciting wildlife.

In Australia we don't really have an equivalent to the Okavango Delta and compared to home the wildlife is spectacular... we saw every cat imaginable, including the nocturnal ones like a caracal...

We would definitely use Safari Lifestyles again as they were so hospitable and we always think it is better to use a local outfit with great knowledge.

Not to be missed!
5/5

The communications with Safari Lifestyles was really very good ... we dealt with Roger and his wife Dee who never seem to go to sleep.

With the time difference between Vancouver and Botswana we Skype called a few times which seemed the easiest way to understand all that was on offer. Roger's initial email was very detailed and its obvious that there is much more to Botswana than just going on safari.... there are so many regions and variations and we were taken through all the options with obvious knowledge.... Roger even sent us wildlife shots he had taken himself from most of our camps to show what is actually there.

We eventually chose three lodges and charter flights, plus a two day extension to a beautiful lodge on Zambia.... This really couldn't have been better.

Needless to say we are coming back!

Best holidays ever...and we will for sure come back
5/5

Our entire Safari-tour was a fantastic outstanding experience that we never will forget in our lives. We even had the “must come back” feeling at the end of the tour, and we will do it. All was very well organized, from the beginning and we always felt safe and comfortable. From the first contact with Roger, we felt the professionalism and the service orientation with an amazing quick answers that made us feel at ease at all points. Great job Roger!

We spent two weeks in Botswana, first part was a fly-in safari and the second part a mobile safari. We loved both amazing experiences... but must said that in the mobile safari we felt much closer to the Bush. The guide and staff were amazing knowledgeable of the nature.

Thanks to Roger and the Safari Lifestyles team for having made this holiday trip a real adventure and outstanding experience, we recommend them without hesitation!

Everything was dealt with perfectly

We were interested in water activities in the Okavango as we had never done this before on any of the many safaris we had been on.

Safari Lifestyles advised us of some lodges to go to and suggested that our stay in these camps where a bit shorter than we initially thought.... a very good suggestion and 3 nights was more than enough as our expectations were a little different before we booked... They obviously know their stuff very well!

So we shortened out water bits and stayed longer in traditional game viewing camps.... definitely the way to go...

Seriously one of the best safaris we have ever had and Safari lifestyles were really very good in advice and service.

We have just returned from a private safari staying in Botswana... we are a family of 5 with children and were not sure how we could take this dream holiday...

We spoke to many travel agents but we chose Safari Lifestyles because they answered everything very well.

It is difficult in Botswana to have 3 children in camps so they suggested a private safari staying in tents for our family, this was a fantastic suggestion and we stayed for 9 nights in moremi and savuti.

We saw many things we only have dreamed about.

It was very well organised and in large tents with a lovey guide... the food was really very good and we felt very safe.

Thank you to Safari Lifestyles for everything

Roger Turski listened to us and delivered a magnificent product. Exactly what we were hoping for.
5/5

We spent 4 days/nights in Machaba and 3 in Lebala camps and could not have hoped for a better experience. Roger made sure that we would have Shaun as tracker/driver in Machaba. Our main objective was leopards and Shaun is for sure the most ardent admirer of that animal. He allowed us to spend countless hours living with a mother and son, gorging on a gazelle, chasing waterbucks and posing on trees. Absolutely beautiful. Large numbers of elephants, hippos, giraffes, all species of gazelles, baboons, and 3 lionesses feasting on a small giraffe. The camp was perfectly managed by Elke (Belgian origin as me and Shaun's wife), the set up magnificent, the food delicious and the tents pretty comfortable even without A/C. A large bull elephant came by to say hello, almost in our tent. Lebala was different in its set up mostly because of the dry season and water was less visible. But we saw fantastic wildlife as well: a 20+ family of wild dogs "playing" with a large elephant, a pride of 5 lionesses and their 7 kiddos hunting on warthogs and feasting on one of them, countless fish eagles and elephants, some buffaloes, onyxes, 3 male lions taking it easy, hippos everywhere and very close to the camp, and of course all possible gazelles. The camp was very comfortable as well, including a charming show organized by the staff during our going out party dinner in the wild. And the cherry on the cake was: no internet. What a pleasure not to be compelled to check that feature every 5 minutes. Thanks to Roger, Elke, Shaun and the staffs, it will be a fantastic souvenir.

The bush at it's best !!
5/5

What another exceptional and unforgettable trip this bush experience was ! The two camps visited in the north of the Okavango delta were at the highest standard; the people - all the staff - have been outstanding by their knowledge, their passion, their desire to share. With a very special mention to Shawn in Machaba : thank you so much !
The preparation of that trip with Safari Lifestyles has been perfect; we got exactly what we were expecting with the African bush hospitality and the specific game we wanted to see! Leopards were there in quantity!!
Very well done guys and a big thank you
