Our guide Ben was nice but disinterested--he drove us to each place but stayed in the car mostly.
Communications from our coordinator Francis were great. He was responsonsive and great at answering our questions. The safari tour was a bit below expectations. Our guide would start driving when we were still trying to take pictures when we did see animals and overall didn't have much patience to go find/wait for more.
We also ended up getting to the baby elephant sanctuary 10 mins late for the show and the guide did not help us find a good spot. Spent the whole show looking between people's shoulders trying to get a peep. Very frustrating.
Giraffe conservatory was very fun and probably the highlight as we got to feed the animals but he was again not involved at all.
We made some random stop at the Kazuri beads factory which was sorta interesting but was just a stop to have more tips extracted from us.
Karen Blixen museum was okay and a self guided tour. He didn't even know that was in the itinerary and we had to remind him to call his boss to verify. He then tried to pawn us off to another guide at the museum which would just give us yet another person to pay which felt kind of weird.
Overall the guide Ben was a nice guy but just not engaged at all with providing us a good experience. Everything felt very transactional and very different from the safari/Kilimanjaro experience we just had in Tanzania.

Good services offered by hospitable staffs
All the details were handled well. Their staffs were always responsive, answering many questions for us.
The tour with incredible tours to Tsavo East NPwas just awesome and tHe rates were execellent.
The service was affordable compared to other tour companies and we're guided very friendly. The tour was well packaged with fabulous actiVities.

beyond my expectations
incredible kenya adventures in one word they live to their name, and they are very experience in safaris in East africa. I would encourage anyone planning to explore East Africa for the first time book with incredible adventures for a magical experience.

Absolutely Worth It!
Wow I don't even know where to start with my review of Incredible Kenya Adventures tours & safaris, but basically it ends with smiles and two thumbs up! Francis was beyond helpful answering our many, many questions and was also very accommodating with our requests on length of trip, and where we wanted to stay at night. We E-mailed other safari operators as well but Francis's prompt and helpful replies, in addition to their community integration and conservation efforts, is really what sold it for us. The cost was a bit higher than other operators, but as we soon found out that it is 100% Worth It!
In summary, if you want a dependable, quality, top-notch safari with a guide who is friendly and very knowledgeable...then pick Incredible Kenya Adventures tours & safaris! We picked them because of their integration and support of local communities and incredible work with wildlife conservation but found that they also provided a better Safari trip than we could have ever hoped. Absolutely worth it!

Incredible Safari
We had an Incredible time on our Safari largely thanks to Incredible Kenya Adventures, more so our designated guide Bosco. He has been doing these Safaris for decades and was extremely knowledgeable of Kenyan Circuit. He was always the first person to spot the wild animals i.e. cheetahs, lions, leopards, elephants, Buffalos etc.
Bosco seemed to be well known across the field, from the hotel staffs to his fellow guides, this kind of made us feel special. The Lodge in Masai Mara Jambo Lodge, was also on point we were in the glass cottage.
As if that not enough, we had left our phone in the jeep upon completion of our Safari, I immediately phoned the company, as I did not have Bosco's number. In a few minutes I got a call back that the phone was intact in the back seat and Bosco before we knew it, he brought the phone to us, this act iced everything. We will definitely be back; I recommend them to everyone looking for an Incredible Moments in Kenya.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable
We had a stellar experience in our Africa tour that was booked thru Incredible Kenya Adventures. Francis was very flexible in the planning phase and helped us build the perfect itineary (10 days for party of 8). He worked tirelessly to get us the best deals on the hotels and was very communicative via WhatsApp and email.
Our driver for the majority of the Safari (Mr. Mungai) was also very knowledgeable and we had a great time with him on the tour.
Overall i highly recommend Incredible Kenya Adventures!! A++
