Brilliant! Good communication throughout our trip, involving bus, train and airport shuttle.
Chris was amazing as were the drivers who worked for East Africa Shuttles and Safaris. We booked our original bus trip from Nairobi to Arusha on line and then the other journeys when we arrived in Nairobi. We met Chris on our first day in Nairobi and he made sure that we had the relevant tickets, provided pickup transport to take us to the relevant bus station, purchased and sent rail tickets for our train trip from Mombasa to Nairobi and had them delivered to the hotel in which we were staying in Malindi. His driver met us from the train station in Nairobi and took us to our hotel and the following day took us to the airport. The cost was much less than other offers of airport pick up.
We wil definitely use Chris and his services again when we visit Kenya and recommend to others. Thank you to all.

Awesome African experience with caring Tour operators.
Chris ( tour operator ) and Ben (Tour guide) were very attentive. Ben communicated all the tour details and regaled us with his vast animal knowledge. We saw countless animals with Ben's expert eye. The accommodation was first class set in wonderful animal reserves. The food was always of good quality.The pop-up roofed van was excellent for us to see everything and we felt safe. We enjoyed it so much we hope to go again to different areas still using East Africa Shuttles and Safaris.

Good sense of Africa
I had a tour to Amboseli National Park and lake Magadi. Chris managed the tour and Ben was our tour guide and driver. Everything were arranged very well: accomodations, food, game drives, hot springs, and transport. Ben is a talent and kind tour guide.

Very responsive service
I used East Africa Shuttles and Safaris services for a quick tour to Amboseli after doing the Kilimanjaro climb. They custom made the itinerary to my needs and I needed to do some changes after initial booking and they responded very quickly. The hotel, Amboseli Kibo camp was excellent and didn't have any trouble in the transport connections (Moshi to Arusha to Namanga to Amboseli). I would recommend East Africa Shuttles to anyone.
