Quick response on information demands, flexible, real hosts and nothing is too much.
The communication was efficient, quick and efficient, as well in the brochure, mail and whatsapp..
The service was amazing, timely, high quality
The safaritour and hired driver was nice, although Kruger Park itself was a bit disappointing as we were in a private reserve a week earlier; the boma-dinner and personal service was incredible.
We had a fantastic evening and the Shinzelle team was great.

Amazing!
I wish I could give this safari more than five stars!
From the beginning, Danielle was responsive, helpful, and so kind. Traveling from the states made scheduling seemingly difficult, but Danielle made it so much easier. She made sure we knew all of our transport options, and asked specific questions about why were coming, food and drink preferences, etc. Danielle is also a wonderful chef, and every meal she made was incredible!
Upon arrival at the Skukuza Airport, Brandon was waiting for us and took us on our first drive! He is so knowledgeable and we got along immediately. Throughout all of our days, Brandon pointed out an incredible amount of animals, and gave us tons of information about the park and the wildlife we were seeing. We always felt safe in the vehicle with him, and couldn't wait to go on every drive!
We could not stop talking about this safari for the rest of our time in South Africa. It surpassed our expectations, and could not be run by a nicer duo.
My only regret is that I didn't book a longer safari with them. Go for as long as you can - it will be well worth it!

Experience of a lifetime seeing animals in their own element.
Great communication between Shinzelle's and us from the beginning to the end of our Safari. We were always informed of what would be happening and when it would be happening. The meals that were great. The Safari was an awesome experience being able to see the animals up close and personal in their own arena. Our Safari guides were very knowledgeable and always had information to add which made the Safari even more enjoyable. We were hoping to see the big five and we actually did see them all plus much more. Everyone was very professional and it was an overall great experience.
