You won’t find anyone better!
We highly recommend the trips and safaris with this tour operator. Excellent communication with the company owner, and the friendly, smiling staff made us feel like family rather than clients. All the trips and safaris were organized to the highest standard, with attention to every detail. The vehicles were new, reliable, and clean. The guides were outstanding—highly knowledgeable and with many years of experience. At African Mosaic Tours, they not only know their job but also clearly love what they do, which results in unforgettable experiences for their clients. Once again, we highly recommend them, thank you, and we can’t wait for our next holiday together!

Perfect
It wasn't my first safari with this agency. As always, the organization was excellent. A wonderful driver and a beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend them.

Highly experienced and encouraged operators, top organized and everytime available
We booked the 6 days safari (tsavo east, west & amboseli. We had a great tour guide (achmed) which cared about everything and guided use through the whole safari. He spotted numerous animals and was always tried to get the best spot to see the animals. Overall a great experience and top organized safari tour. Would do it again!

Great fast customer service, kind and interested in customer
Guys it’s been amazing, the whole day full of impressions, photos and excitement. First, want to say that I chose this operator because Max (the owner) answered very fast to my email, faster than others and it was last minute booking for the upcoming day. We booked private safari tour at Tsavo park for me and my husband at 250 USD per person. It was worth the money because prices for a group tour is slightly cheaper (or at least I couldn’t find cheap ones), and this 250USD included everything (gate entrance, lunch at safari - which are not cheap if paid separately). But we also didn’t mind paying this money for the private tour, because we actually enjoyed it a lot as we had a lot of freedom and space in the van. Thanks to our driver Katana, he was very kind, positive, attentive, helping. He wanted us to see all the animals. We appreciate his work.
The way to the park from our hotel was 3 hours (we left the hotel at 5.30am and were sleeping most of the time). It would be smart to take same pillows like for the plane. Water is given by the operator. We reached the park around 8.30am and left it at 3-4pm - this time was more than enough to see all the animals (in September). We saw a bunch of zebras, antelopes, 4 lions, a buffalo, 2 hippos, giraffes, ostrich, elephants. We were more than happy with these. You don’t see animals every 5 minutes and some time is spent on searching for them. But that’s ok too. The hardest part was the way back because it felt endless, around 4 hours bcs of traffic. But it’s ok too - as you will see daily life of local people in villages which you’ll pass by. Just make sure to bring a portable phone charger because by this point your phone will be dead after a long working shift hehe and you can spend this time deleting extra photos, etc. one last recommendation is to take care of your health as I developed a cold while on safari because spent most time facing wind on top of the van. Wear something protecting your neck, ears, or take breaks and stay in the car. We had to go to pharmacy in the end of the trip. We came home at around 8pm. Super tired. I would say 1 day was more than enough for me. Thanking the operator again for good quick service.
