Even better than expected!
We were very impressed with every aspect of our safari. Edith did a wonderful job of presenting various itineraries for us to choose from, and was very accommodating in the booking process. The safari itself was absolutely amazing! We saw thousands of animals of every species you can think of (and then some), and the safari vehicle was very comfortable and perfect for the type of driving required in the bush. The accommodations were all first rate; the rooms, the food, and the lodges themselves were amazing. Five star service without being pretentious.
But the best part of our safari was our guide and driver, Steve. Steve is a former game warden who is extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife, their behaviors, and identification. His love of the wildlife really shows through, and he is very personable. After our 8 day safari, we became very good friends.
I will definitely use Kenya Safari Arcade when we return to Kenya. I cannot say enough good things about our safari, and highly recommend all involved.

caring, considerate, efficient and thorough
more than met expectations and care and consideration continued during the trip. Every detail was addressed and when flight times were not optimal others were addressed and transfers and visits arranged to fill in the time. Edith was particularly caring and friendly.

Great holiday with an excellent tour operator.
My wife and I recently booked a trip to Diani Beach with Edith from Kenya Safari Arcade.
The whole process was so smooth - Edith recommended several hotels for us to choose from and after we had made our selection she arranged everything on our behalf, from the hotel room to our flights and the transfers. All we had to do was turn up at the airport.
Edith was always quick to answer our questions and everything from start to finish could not have been easier.
The flight and transfers were excellent and the hotel itself was a great recommendation, meaning that we had a very relaxing stay at the coast.

Personal service is not easy to find these days and Kenya Safari Arcade offers this which is impressive. All communication (e-mail or telephonic) is responded to immediately and the staff will go the extra mile to meet your needs. I can highly recommend their services.
Great customer care and follow up
Since I moved to Kenya I have booked almost every trip through safari arcade. I have received excelllent service good advise and when something has gone wrong (which it often does here) a great follow up service and customer care. I would highly recommend - trustworthy and reliable !

Edith managed to secure us an upgrade to superior tents for my mother's birthday. This was fantastic and made our experience extra special
The tour itself was spectacular - probably some of the best and most personal al service we have ever received
