Our safari with Olsero was extremely enjoyable and stress-free. Faraja, our tour coordinator/guide, and the drivers are all very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. They patiently and effectively answered our questions and provided information about the parks, which made the safari an excellent learning and enjoyable experience. Faraja is proactive. He takes care of issues before they negatively impact the tour experience. He is also extremely helpful. All said, Faraja, Emmanuel ( our excellent driver and safari -parks “encyclopedia” ) and other members of the Olsero team we interacted with provided a safe and unforgettable experience.
