Communication with him was done through WhatsApp, so I can confirm what I've said, and I can receive necessary document as PDF in the chat. So smart!

Flawless Service
I booked my balloon safari through the Holiday Dealers and chanced to enquire whether they had land transport to and from the Mara as well. Glad I did because the gentleman who took us there and back (Patrick) was such a skilled operator.
I dealt with Rahab who was both accomodating and responsive and provided me with exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable rate.

Complete package!
Easy ans uncomplicated communications. Good service. The recommended tour was a bit changed by us. But overall I would do the same trip again.

The Safari of a lifetime!
Our stay was magical. We saw ten lions, around 100 elephants, and more than 50 giraffes and hippos. The arrangements were seamless. Our driver, James, was absolutely unbelievable, To say he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect is no exaggeration. Our stay at the Sopa Lodge was beyond amazing. The room was spotless. The service was attentive. The food was the best I have had in Kenya. I cannot imagine how our stay could have been better.
