Professional, knowledgeable and simply the best in industry!
I was introduced to The Holiday Dealers back in 2019 and had the pleasure of working with David to book a couple of trips in Kenya for my extended family of 13 that was traveling from the US for a reunion. I didn't know exactly what I wanted and had a wide range of age groups (3 generations). I had so many questions and changes throughout the planning but David was patient, very responsive, paid attention to detail and ensured that the hotels/lodges had the amenities to cater for all age groups. We had 2 memorable trips to Mombasa and Nakuru.
Fast forward to April 2022, I contacted David again to book a safari for my friend and I. He booked an amazing safari for us to the Maasai Mara. The Holiday Dealers provided a clean and very comfortable safari vehicle (Land Cruiser), maasai blanket souvenirs and a cooler with enough water for the duration of the safari. Our guide was Moses and he was the best! He was professional and passionate about sharing many facts on all the animals we saw. I look forward to booking another trip to Maasai Mara for my family.

Professional, Experienced, Responsive & Communicative From the Travel Agent to Safari Guide (10/10)
If you are looking for experienced, responsive and communicative travel agents, then The Holiday Dealers is the place to check out! We worked with David and he was very thorough. An added bonus to the booking experience is that we were able to pay via credit card to complete the reservation. They also provided us with tons of bottled water and Maasai blankets to make the 6-hour drive comfortable - we got to keep the blankets!
Make sure to ask for Moses to be your safari guide! Moses drove us from Nairobi to Maasai Mara and back. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about the animals which really showed through. Moses' professionalism from start to finish was impeccable.

Brian is good at his work, he is friendly and has great customer care services.
They gave us a great deal. The reservation process from the start to the end was smooth. Communication to follow up on the reservation was awesome. I would highly recommend the holiday dealers and will always use their services anytime

Great holiday at a great price
Holiday Dealers was great. We booked a custom SGR safari/beach package. They were very quick to respond to all our enquiries (always within a few minutes), selected nice places, and gave us very good rates. I went with my parents and they both enjoyed a lot and were very comfortable. Am actually in the midst of booking my second holiday with Holiday Dealers already!

Mercy at holidays dealers made our holiday a memorable one. Our stay at Sweetwaters tented camp in Nanyuki was very relaxing and Peter our driver/our guide made our game drives exciting by ensuring we saw most of the game. Nanyuki is very cold and our morning game drive was no different. But Mercy made sure that too was catered for by giving us all complimentary lovely Masai shukas. If you looking for a well organized and efficient holiday, I highly recommend Holiday Dealers.
