perfect honeymoon
5/5

an amazing safari tour with Easy travel. We did a 3 nights, 4 day safari with easy travel as part of our honeymoon and it was so special. Easy travel made the whole process so smooth and every detail was thought of. Gladys responded to all my questions promptly and was very accommodating. They ensured all the hotels and staff knew it was h=our honeymoon and they all went out of their way to make things special for us. Our tour guide thomas was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and knew where to go to see all the animals. We saw so many lions, cheetahs, leopards and so much more, Camping in the Serengeti was an unforgettable experience. We have an absolutely wonderful time and would like to thank all the staff at Easy travel for helping to make our honeymoon so special!

Life changing memories that will stay with you forever.
5/5

When you starts to plan thing too far in advance, sometimes the actual event falls short of your expectations and becomes a disappointment. I am so happy to report this was not the case with the safari we just completed with Easy Travel (ET) as it far exceeded all of our expectations. Our planning began over 2 years ago. ET was there every step of the way, promptly responding to inquiries and helping with our planning. I researched safari companies thoroughly. ET was one of the least expensive options we found and after reading TA reviews we chose them. There was nothing cheap about the quality of the service, food or accomodations; all were top shelf if not down right luxurious. Our guide Ahmed was a pleasure to be with for the week. He had a keen eye and sharp wit and continuously worked to keep us informed and happy. A safari is a big investment in time and money. You can't do better than Easy Travel Tanzania. We are so happy we chose them.

I have booked the 6 day safari trip to Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. From the beginning I felt very comfortable with choosing this company. Amina from Sales Office help me out with Precision Air even though I booked the tickets myself and couldn't reach the airline afterwards. Our guide Sadiki was a friendly, good-humoured, very professional and safe driver. We always had enough time taking pictures and he answered our questions very satisfying. He tried his very best to find all of the Big 5 but unfortunately we couldn't find a rhino. At the end of the tour he drove me back to Kilimanjaro airport on time and Amina called to ask for feedback of the tour. Thank you very much for everything and I will definitively book again with Easy Travel when travelling back to Tanzania.

Wonderful experience - perfect services
5/5

We booked a safari vacation for 6/7 days/nights with EasyTravel in Tanzania, after two weeks of chatting by mail with Norah, our customer service consultant. Norah provided excellent information about our trip and organized us a perfect Comfort Plus tour: just two of us in a Toyota Land Cruiser and only 4 stars hotel accommodation. We had e perfect time, because we had a great guide/driver: Elias. If guides would have stars, Elias would get 5 stars! He knew everything about Savanna, about animals and their migration, about Masai tribes, about weather, climate... names, stories, education of tribes... my words are not enough for describing the hole lesson Elias gave it to us. Thank you Elias, Norah and Easy Travel. See you soon!
P.S. We've seen more than 50 lions (males, females, cubs... roaring, sleeping, feeding, attacking gazelles, watching the bulls heard), cheetahs attacking gazelles, leopards, serval cat, coyotes, hyenas, antelopes, gazelles, a lot of bulls, wild-beasts, zebras, hipos, elephants (hundreds), giraffes, warthogs, dromedary, dikidiki, turtles, ostriches, baboons, crocodiles, velvet monkeys... and thousands of birds...

10 star! Unsurpassed expeeience
5/5

I have been to over 60 countries, using private tour operators in many of them- and Easy Travel is by far my top experience along with Travel Buddies in Mongolia. Without hesitation i would recommend them for any trip to Tanzania ! Traveling alone with 2 teenage boys, they arranged a private tour for us- after literally many hundreds of emails! I was very particular about what i wanted to see and do- and they made sure to maximize my chances of seeing the wilderbeast migration- and we did and it was fantastic! They were perfect in strategizing our itinerary to leave multiple chances to see the migration depending on the unpredictable travel patterns of the wilderbeasts. All The recommendations of Emmanuel and Godfrey were perfect! The Toyota Land Rover was spacious, immaculate clean and comfortable during long drives (they had special padded seat coverings). Even had a fridge for cold drinks and food- and electric outlets! Emmanuel and Godfrey were fantastic in promptly (almost instantaneously) to all my questions and itinerary requests. Patient as saints ! Even on-site last minute requests in itinerary change were accommodated like magic. Their prices were fair and on target with the competitors. The attention to detail, striving (and accomplishing) to provide the best tailored experience and commitment to the guest are unsurpassed! Emmanuel even packed my suitcase for me- bubble wrapping all the breakables which arrived in perfect condition!!!!! Emmanuel went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable. Even their lawyer, John Massangwa, was fantastic- above and beyond committed to the well being, safety and great experience of all the guests. Our driver/guide was unbelievable- Endeni- patient beyond belief, knowledgeable (beyond belief), an expert eye for sighting wildlife and energy to keep up w my teenagers' 5 AM departs for game drives (!!!!) , driving til sunset- for 12 days straight! He was hands down the top driver / guide i've had- including trips to Kenya, S Africa and Namibia. Congratulations to the entire Easy Travel team- and particularly to the owner Musaddiq , who clearly is the Captain of his ship and leads by example. Dont even consider another Tour Operator for your Tanzania trip- i cant wait to return with Easy Travel.

Amazing Safari Experience with Easy Travel!
5/5

Easy Travel arranged an amazing safari for us!

We contacted Easy Travel a few months before the safari and asked for information / pricing for a private safari for our small family (mom, dad, four-year old daughter). The communication in the booking process was great. Norah from Easy Travel suggested an itinerary based on our needs. We had quick feedback on questions and received information about traveling on a Safari that helped us prepare. Norah also followed us up during the Safari to ensure that everything was OK. There was also a debrief after the safari with Norah that enabled us to give feedback. This is a professional company that knows how to operate a business.

We visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngoro Ngoro crater during our safari. We visited Mto wa Mbu village for cultural activity and that was quite good.

We could not have been happier with our guide (Everest). He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He drove on roads / parts of Serengeti that was less crowded and it made the experience feel wild. He is also an extremely good animal spotter.

The camps/lodges were great. Our favorite was the Serengeti Tortilis Camp. This camp is in the middle of Serengeti. I have never been in a hotel/lodge/hotel with more friendly staff. Quite special to stay in the middle of Serengeti with all the wild-life around the camp.

Easy Travel has a new car park that is serviced and maintained. We did see a few cars that was broken down during the safari. You should make sure to check this with your potential safari provider.

Tip; visit the snake park – we had a great guide and it was quite interesting. They also have a Masai museum. We felt the Masai museum and our guide gave more correct/interesting information than we had at a Masai village visit. This was also a lot cheaper than the Masai village visit.

Wonderful Private Safari and Cultural Tanzania Trip!
5/5

My wife and I had an unforgettable private safari trip with Easy-Travel(ET). We have contacted a number of Safari trip companies and we are so glad to make the final choice and went with Easy-Travel. Because ET was the last few companies we have contacted, we already had an idea how we wanted to spend the 8-days safari trip. Nonetheless, our consulting agent Godfrey was just so thoughtful and lined out the perfect schedule that we thought it fully utilized our time at Tanzania.
Godfrey was very responsive and clearly answered every questions we had and provided good suggestions. During our trip, we visited Lake Manyara, Lake Eyasi, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater.

Our guide was Hamdani, he was just excellent! Consider him the walking encyclopedia of wildlife, plants, geography and history of Tanzania. We didn't know much of wildlife (or very minimum) at the time of starting the trip. At the end, we could easily identify animals, tell their habits etc. It was like we finished a course of Safari-101! Hamdani had eyes of eagles and spotted wild-lives in distance. We were fortunate to catch leopard, the most secretive of the African big fives, three times during our trip. We saw groups of lions and elephants in very close-up distance and got some great picture shots. Not to mention other wild-lives all along our trip. You will get overwhelmed (well, in a good way) of safari animals. What impressed me most about Hamdani was that he was so proud of Tanzania.
Not only the safaris, but also the culture, the people and the nation as a whole. He was a great Tanzania promotor and encouraged us to spread the words of this wonderful nation and we certainly would do.

Another highlight of our trip was the visit to the Hadzabe and Datoga Tribes. It was totally a cultural shock and unique experience. These two tribes are not as advertised as the Masai people but it was very well worth the visit. Thanks to Easy Travel for the arrangement and we were lucky enough to have Mamoya as our local tribe guide. (These tribes speak their own languages). If you are reading this review and interested in some unique cultural experience besides safari. Please find out more and you won't regret!

The lodges and tents that we have stayed:
-Acacia Farm Lodge: Beautiful, very spacious rooms, great food and friendly staff.
-Kisima Ngeda Tented Lodge: Hidden germ, living in the woods, great food, warmhearted owner and staff. Don't forget to climb up the hill to see the sunset!
-Serengeti Tortilis Camp: Luxury in the tents and wild! Hyenas/lions were around at night. Superb staffing and food. Only drawback is that hairdryer is not allowed.
-Mbalageti Tented Lodge: Unbeatable view at the restaurant. A good stop at the Serengeti west corridor.

Easy-Travel logistics and the company:
Easy communication and payment, easy airport pickup and initial briefing. Got a chance to visit their new headquarter at the end of our trip for the farewell briefing. Very well organized company and excellent staffs. Impressed.
Using their slogan on the car to end our review. "Easy-Travel: Your Tanzania Friend". It truly was!

Amazing Private Safari!
5/5

My boyfriend and I chose a 6-day, 6-night safari with EasyTravel from Arusha including one day in Tarangire, three 1/2 days in the Serengeti, and one day in the Ngorongoro Crater. This was the perfect length of time and Gladys from the EasyTravel office did an outstanding job planning an itinerary that was both relaxing and exciting, and that accommodated the incredible wildebeest migration. Our tour guide, Emanuel, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of the local animals, birds, and plants knows no bounds, and he kept the schedule flexible so that we could choose when we wanted to leave and go home every day and made sure we saw the animals we wanted to see. We saw the Big Five in addition to many, many more amazing animals. Emanuel was funny and kind and kept the mood positive and did an excellent job getting us the perfect vantage points from which to watch events like an elephant fight, lion cubs wrestling, and lions eating a freshly killed zebra. A truly unforgettable trip.

Trip of a lifetime!
5/5

Sadik our guide and Tito our chef teamed up to give us a trip of a lifetime! It started late Sunday night when much to our surprise, after our flight was delayed ~7 hours, Sadik was still waiting at the Kilimanjaro airport to take us to our lodge. From there we hit up Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. We saw all the wildlife the parks had to offer and learned a lot from Sadik along the way. And despite camping in the bush, Tito served up gourmet, multi-course meals. We did a lot of research on safari company options and are so happy with our choice. Easy Travel is a great value (it was much cheaper than other options).
