Truly impeccable service
Jane and her team are truly amazing and effortlessly go above and beyond without the hint of a fuss. That Jane provided us with fantastic advice and recommendations, as well as prompt and efficient email correspondence was great but also expected from a high end travel service. A small example from our trip of why Tanzania Exclusive Journeys stands apart from similar high end travels services occurred while we were on Kilimanjaro.
My Husband, a friend and I decided to accelerate our climb and finish a day early so we could try and arrange for our friend to join us for 2 days on Safari. Jane fielded numerous phone calls from us on the mountain on a Friday evening and within a couple hours had booked the perfect lodge and found a number of suitable flights from different remote airstrips.

The journy was too awesome and we saw different types of animals,but Ngorongoro was too unique
That was the most stunning and wonderful trip we ever did. Susan from Tanzania Exclusive Journeys did an amazing job in planning our trip and shared a lot of good advice – it is always the details that matter. From our point of view, this trip was well planned and perfectly executed in every way. We felt a warm welcome in Arusha at the office and got easy and direct help with an airport luggage issue, so all got well.Especially to our guide&driver Sam, we owe a lot of thanks. He was the perfect guide for us. He easily won our hearts and we had a lot of fun on the trip. There are so many special moments on this Safari thanks to him. He took really good care of us and told us nearly everything there is to know about that wonderful wildlife. Our guide was a real treasure, always calm, accommodating where help is needed, well respected in the community, fully professional and blessed with the right kind of humor.Trip details: We visited Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP und Ngorongoro Crater NP on our five day safari. I would always suggest to book a private tour, it is absolutely worth it. Take your time to research some accommodations to get the right feeling for what you want and listen to the advice of Jane. And if possible, do it a little longer than five days. By the way, Tanzania Exclusive Journeys guide does all the necessary paperwork there is in crossing national parks - smooth and easy. You can really enjoy every minute. The Landcruiser was well equipped, had lots of space, a power charger and a small fridge.We will come back!

Absolutely Amazing
Not easy to prepare your safari in Tanzania and choose from the countless agencies that share the market ... We chose Tanzania Exclusive Journeys and from our first mail we were conquered! Quick answers, professional, contact with Jane who took care of us was perfect from the beginning. She has answered all our questions and adapted to all our wishes in order to organize the safari made for us. Our guide, Rashid, spoke excellent English, a + for our 5 year old chip, knowledge and sympathy, made this trip a unique experience. He was able to adapt to our needs and desires, sometimes modify the program if we were tired and made us discover ALL possible animals to observe: from the lioness who takes her lunch at the rhino du Ngoron through the Lycaons and Cheetahs of the Serengeti ... The lodges and tented camp reservations were perfect for our family and the balanced routes, we loved the night spent in the middle of the Serengeti at the Kati Kati camp, a little less than the Tarangire Safari Lodge ... Finally, the Director of the agency came to accompany us to the airport of Arusha before our departure for Zanzibar to take stock with us on the progress of our safari, a friendly attention which really shows that this agency is serious and attentive. Highly recommended Tanzania Exclusive Journeys.

Beyond expectations
We had a wonderful 8 day tour in Tanzania with Tanzania Exclusive Adventure, we were lucky to see the big 5 and our driver guide James was superb. We highly recommend!!

Do not trust this company!
Do not trust this company with your money. I paid them my deposit in early March. A week later, their website and cell phone number were terminated due to lack of payment. When I finally
heard from them again, I asked that my deposit be refunded. At the end of March, they agreed and stated that a wire had been sent, but that never happened. There have been several emails sent to me with stories as to why I have not yet been refunded. To date, I have not received my money back.

You had canceled the tour at the last minute and threaten us to post a negative review against us, we had sent you our cancellation policy before you booked the tour, but still you have been demanding a full refund and force us to refund you so you can pull out the negative review. While we realized we cannot undo your experience; I do hope that you will in due course provide us with another opportunity and restore your confidence in our continued quality of services to our esteemed guests!.
