Perfect Safari Experience
SunUp did an excellent job in organising our Safari. Quick to response on Emails, all appointments were met on time and the tour was planned well. We stayed at a wonderful lodge and our guide was not only a good driver but also excellent in spotting animals, which means we were able to see every kind of animal there is to see in the Maasai Mara.
Highly recommended!

SunUp is Fantastic!
I did weeks of research prior to choosing a tour company for our safaris in Kenya, and I am SO glad I chose SunUp! From my first communications to inquire about booking, to making payments, to the safaris, the SunUp employees and the entire experience could not have been better. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful trip. Our guide, Jack, who has been a guide for 16 years, had an answer to every question we asked, and we asked A LOT. He knew all the best places to take us to see animals, geological formations, and amazing views. He also seemed to know all of the other guides, rangers, and camp staff, which meant we were always greeted with a smile and Karibu wherever we went. The lodges/camps that SunUp works with were also wonderful. All of our lodgings were beautiful and provided quality food and restful nights after our safari drives.
I would recommend SunUp to family and friends without hesitation! Asante sana to Jack, Chris, and the rest of the SunUp team!

Chris was always very helpfull, he always gave a quick respond at our questions, very friendly.
Robin was our private chauffeur, he was very friendly, an excellent driver ( it was at some places really slippery because of the rains, we had the 4x4 bus and it got us everywhere in staid of some landrovers who got stuck). Thanks to Robin we saw the whole big 5 and it was amazing with all the wildebeasts! We stayed at the Ashnill Mara luxery tented camp snd it was exellent, nice staff, good food and the tents were luxery. It was really amazing, thank you Sunup for giving us that experience. We can really recommend Sunup!

Professionally organized, flawlessly executed with a fantastic guide
Our trip organizer, Chris, was efficient, clear and always prompt to respond. Our guide and driver, Surat, was personable, knowledgeable and dedicated to provide us with an unforgettable experience in the Masái Mara.
The food and lodging exceeded our expectations. Surat’s uncanny ability to locate the animals was amazing. We followed all his recommendations and were never disappointed.
I would highly recommend Sunup Adventures for your trip and I will certainly use them again when I return in the future.

Trip of a lifetime!
I would give SunUp Adventures more than 5 stars if I could! Before the trip even began, Chris was very responsive to all my messages and made sure everything was in order for our trip. We went on a 7 day private safari, and everything was very well organized. John was our safari guide, and he was amazing to say the least. He is very knowledgeable about the animals and parks, along with being a genuinely nice person. He made sure we saw every Big Five animal up close and personal, along with so many more! All the lodges we stayed at were above our expectations, and there was always more than enough food and water. I would highly recommend booking your safari trip with them for a trip of a lifetime!

Amazing Safari with SunUp Adventures
Johny and Chris from SunUp Adventures were fantastics in taking care of us during our trip to the Maasai Mara. We had some incredible sightings and great time in Kenya. This is our third time in the Mara and as always Johny has been nothing short of spectacular. Very attentive and going the extra mile to ensure we have a great time. Great service, tour very well organised and professional team. Thank you SunUp Adventures and recommend them to anyone going to Kenya.

Safari tailored to our needs
We spent three days and two nights with SunUp Adventures. Specifically our trip was to do a safari in Amboseli NP. Communication was always prompt and Chris happily accommodated a change in dates after our return flight was rescheduled to a day earlier.
DAY 1: Met at our hotel by Chris and Robin. We made the trip from Nairobi to our accommodation and then did an afternoon/night safari.
DAY 2: Full day safari.
DAY 3: We opted for no safari but returned to Nairobi later in the day.
Overall SunUp fully met our expectations. The accommodation was nice, however drinks were expensive and its food was amongst the worst I've had anywhere. Safari vehicle was very comfortable.
Note about Amboseli NP: only three of the big five are there, but it's very good viewing for elephants (we saw two mating) and the backdrop of Kilimanjaro is phenomenal. Pay attention on the way to the park as we saw cheetahs about 1km outside official boundary (park is not fenced).

Excellent service and attention and the guide was the best
Communication was very smooth, everything was done via WhatsApp the team was always ready to replay, when I ask for a different hotel they swiftly send the the info and rates. My safari trip was 5 days on 3 different locations but after visiting I would definitely consider to take out one of the destination and allocate that day in one of the others, in part so I could enjoy the installations better and some game reserves are better than others, either ask for more details of what to expect on each park or do more research about it, even though I went in February, which is low season and most of the animals are in Tanzania at the time, I liked that there were hardly many tourists. Also I’m so glad that i chose the land cruiser rather than the van, do not save on this take the land cruiser, save on the hotel if you must but you’ll be spending more time in the vehicle than the hotel
