Great Safari experience!
I booked my Safari at Rhino explorers and got a fantastic Safari experience. Pick up from the airport, 2 nights in the hotel and 4 days Safari, I enjoyed a lot! Daniel was warmly welcoming me and organized everything. Because I was in my own, the first day I met my group and we could start the adventure in Serengeti. Our driver and Cook were really kind and made our stay quite comfortable. During nights some of the animals surrounded the tents which was exciting and a complete new experience. The meals were always yummy and water was for free. Our guide told us many things about the animals and parks and we could see a lot. So in total it was a great experience and I would recommend Rhino explorers to my friends.

Amazing safari experience with Rhino explorer tours and safaris
1) The communication with tour guide via email and whatsapp was excellent
2) The driver and chef were very friendly. The driver/ guide was very punctual and helpful.
3) We spotted a lot of animals in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our safari was very interesting.
4) The stay at Venice hotel was very good. It is a comfortable hotel with good food for breakfast and dinner. Some of the staff at Venice hotel reception were very unfriendly. We were quite shocked to see them working in the service sector ( reception) but this could be the culture at Tanzania and their reaction towards foreigners. The restaurant staff at the hotel were however very friendly.
5) the 6 seater Toyota Land-cruiser was very comfortable for our safari, with adequate space for our luggage
6) Special mention to Chef who made sure we had healthy vegetarian food. Chef always served the food hot and fresh. The soup and pop-korn he served were very tasty
7) Sleeping bags were provided by the safari organizer
8) Overall a very good safari. I would highly recommend this trip for everyone.

Truly passionate company with excellent service
Daniel, the head of the company and my key contact has been extremely helpful to plan our safari up to each and every detail. His advices and expertise in the subject made the journey perfectly scheduled and excellent service made the experience with the company unforgetable.
This is trustworthy and highly recommended company.
Not only the company has exceeded the expectations but really caring approach made us fall in love with Tanzania and its people. It was the first time in Africa for all the group of 6 people and the expectations were controversial. Daniel and his team treated us as friends rather than a distant customers.
I would also like to say special thanks to our guide and driver Peter. His profound knowledge of wildlife and animals habits allowed us to know so many new things! It is also important to note that his experience helped us to enjoy the road, despite the fact one day it was raining cats and dogs and the road was flooded. We had not got stuck however we've seen many jeeps blocked and stuck in the mud and people had to push the cars out. Peter really knows the roads and the way to drive in any extreme situations and locations.
I am really happy we chose Rhino Explorers and would recommend it to everyone!

Great balance between price and quality!
It was amazing! It's really hard to find a good service for a proper amount of money. Rhino Explorers are just young company but they provided really good safari! They were very polite. They provided 2 nights in Arusha as a gratis, the hotel was perfect! Peter - the guide - was polite, neat, calm, responsible, with a good sense of humor and fluent English, he has a lot of knowledges about nature and animals and everything about local life. We did the best for that amount of money! The safari car was really spacious and comfortable. One little comment that lunches could be better. But in common, I will definitely reccomend their team! Daniel - safari manager and Peter - the advanced guide and a professional driver. Thank you guys!

Phantastic
It was a great experience, the service of the tour Operator was fabulous, our tour guide Ziggi simply the best: very experienced and super helpful. Our cook Hazid was so nice and provided us with amazing food. The camping was an adventure, the group small and very easy. I would definitely do it anytime again and can only recommend it.

our safari was amazing, we had a 6 days safari in 4 park reservations, we were four in the jeep, and we stayed at the public camps.
the safari offer we got from rhino was much cheaper than all the quotes we got from the rest of the safari opearators we approched.
they arranged for our picking up from the airport and back, although our return flight was from kilimanjaro airport and not from arusha as we told them.
Daniel helped us with evry problem we had and the service was kind and wonderfull.
our safari guide and driver Ezikiel was really really nice and knowledgeble, and the cook was also great.
we highly recommended rhino explorer to everyone going on safari.

My experiences with this agency was great.All what was promised & I payed for - happened & In time.
I& my daughter loved the trip.Thank u Ozzy&Salum for fantastic Christmas time.The service,camps&explanation from guide about every simple things was really good.We saw a lot of animals from very short distance.All great 5 of course!The dinners in the camps was unbelievable good as well !!! I can only recommend this company ...all was well organize since online communication till drop off back to airport.Really Thank you,I wish to be back for long long long game drive in Serengeti with you one day again.

An Attentive, Customer friendly and Excellent service
The owner of the company really did his best to offer a professional service. The guide, he hired, gave us clear and useful information about the flora and fauna and animals of the national parks. It was a very attentive service beause the engine was stopped while taking photos and was a superb experience to stay quite in nature. These things made a quality difference!
(The company I had before did not pay attention to this at all. We were rushed through the national park..., the ). (it is really annoying when the drivers keep moving the car, or never ask for whether you are ready, and finishe taking photos).
The accommodation was also great, up to the standard. Even when I asked for a better deal for an extra day in a national park I was offered a good deal since it was a low season. I did appreciate this customer friendly attitude. The food was fine, water was provided abundantly.
I felt that this service matched the quality of the West. I warmly recommmend this budget safari to everyone.
