The best experience I could have imagined using Tanzania Serengeti Adventure!!!
5/5

I have no complaints at all about this company. Not only were the drivers and hosts at the Coffee Farm personable, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, safe, and enjoying ourselves. I have never experienced hospitality as great as this company provided! I would recommend these services to anyone looking to travel to Tanzania.

Traveling with Tanzania Serengeti Adventure made my trip to Africa 100x better! They are an organized group that will do everything in their power to ensure that you have the best trip of your life. The drivers that we had our two-week trip became great friends to us. They truly care about your experience that you have with them and that is more than most can say about other safari adventure trips. I would HIGHLY recommend traveling with Tanzania Serengeti Adventure. You will meet the most caring, knowledgable, and passionate people through this safari adventure with TSA!

Trustworthy company
5/5

We five peoples had an amazing 12 days safari in February 2018, the first thing we did right is to choice TSA as our safari’s operator.

Jordan and Iris run the company TSA very well, they always replied me very immediately by Email, and kept in touch with us by Skype from the moment of first contact to the end of trip. They suggested us a wonderful itinerary and give us a very competitive price, we finished all things about the final contract within 7 days from the first contact, their professionalism, efficiency and honesty are very impressive.

The accommodation is perfect, everything goes as expected, nothing need to adjust. James, our driver/guide, is excellent. He taken care us very well whole trip, and is a expert in spotting wildlife, led us seeing more than thousands of flamingos, hundreds of elephants, dozens of lions, 17 cheetahs, 5 leopards and more else. He also is a knowledgeable and interesting person.

The first class planning and organization, the most competitive price, the best guide/driver service, nothing I can ask for more to a safari operator. I would highly recommend TAS to anyone who dreams a fantastic safari , the TAS is your guarantee!

Thanks again to Jordan, Iris, James and all stuffs of TAS! We miss everything we experienced in Tanzania, and will be back to visit you and your great country again.

Serengeti Park and Ngongoro Conservation area: an unforgettable adventure!
5/5

The whole trip was an incredible experience. Before leaving we were worried about all sort of things but once we arrived in Arusha, everything was taken care of and we had the opportunity to enjoy every single minute of our trip feeling safe.
Our guide and driver, Philemon, was terrific: extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and fun. He always made sure that we saw as many animals as possible and never rushed us around. The climax of our safari was on our very first day in the Serengeti: we saw 5 cheetahs hunting and bringing down a (poor!) impala right in front of our eyes. On the last day, at the Ngorongoro Crater, we also saw two black rhinos, apparently very rare to spot.
We really thank Iris and Jordan for their attentive and professional services, Philemon for his determination to make our safari unforgettable and James for picking us up from Arusha Airport and giving us a brief introduction into Arusha on the drive to our hotel.

Excellent service and fantastic Safari - couldn't ask for better!
5/5

From the start TSA were very pro-active with communications. We always received an answer with a few hours. The original suggested itinerary was customised for the two of us and before we departed from home Iris set up a Skype call to go through all the arrangements. Connections and meeting up went flawlessly. Our Safari driver and guide - James - was excellent. The stop at the Maramboi tented camp was a highlight - thoroughly recommended. We got to see all the wildlife we wanted to with the exception of cheetahs (but seeing so many leopards made up for that) - even a Hyena on a kill. The Ngorongoro was spectacular and felt especially lucky to see the elusive Rhinos. I can thoroughly recommend TSA - Thank you Iris, Jordan and James.

amazing safari: many animals, beautiful parks, excellent guide
5/5

The communication was very clear before the trip. We had a Skype session with Iris to go over the details, and final arrangements for pick up, what to pack, accommodations, itinerary, etc. The trip went off exactly as planned. The van was very comfortable, and able to go through high water, mud, ruts, with no issues. The tent camps and small lodges were all great, with good food, showers, service, friendly staff. The best things, of course, were the places we visited (mostly in serengeti national park) and the guide, James. He was a source of much info about the natural history of the animals, the environment, and the history/current events of Tanzania. He's very gracious and put maximum effort into searching for animals, and patiently waiting for for photos or looking up details about specific bird species. The trip exceeded my expectations--hard to imagine before actually seeing this part of the world how prolific the life is, and how accessible to viewing. It was an unexpected and very meaningful aspect of the to have such a personable and communicative guide as James.

100% Satisfaction!!!
5/5

Besides encountering wildlife, which is the first picture that comes up to your mind when you think of a Safari, a game drive, etc. You have to be surrunded by the best Safari team. That is, Iris, Nikita, Rosie and best driver ever, dear James.
I felt absolutely taken care of by these people at totally different times and situations.
Iris is the manager and she was very dedicated to her business, in the matters of customer satisfaction, right from the beggining, we could comunicate and she understood and fulfil every single request of mine.
Nikita was ever kind and service at her best, she was available any time of the day and totally took care of me while in Arusha Town.
I have to say I have built an excellent relationship with driver James, not only because he is very passionate with his job, and truly a hard working man. He was always ready to fulfil all my safari adventure desires. I do miss James. He is not the driver you find on every trip. He made sure I could get my "Big Fives" list completed. Amazing!!!
If you make it to the lovely Coffee farm, you will encounter Rosie, best cook and friendly person, striving to learn spanish at every moment.
Besides Lodges and specially tented camps, which were absolutely amazing to experience and stay at, I totally can say that if this team was not there, you could not have the best experience out of a Safari.
It has been a lifetime experience and I do not regret a little bit of it. Wonderful, Just wonderful!
Thank you guys!!!

Hakuna Matata at Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Zanzibar
5/5

Tanzania Serengeti Adventure set us up for success and set expectations beginning with a briefing 1-2 weeks before the trip to discuss the tour itinerary day by day, logistics, and to help answer any questions we had. Email communications and responses from the company were prompt and helpful. Every tour guide we met on Kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro/Serengeti, and Zanzibar were helpful, caring, and made sure we were taken care of and felt safe. This includes post-trip communications to make sure everything went well with our trip and if we felt unsatisfied with any part of it, they looked into it immediately.

My favorite part of the trip was making friends with our porters during the Kilimanjaro trek and getting to interact with them and learn about the Tanzanian culture as they were all locals. Best of all, Tanzania Serengeti Adventure is a local-ran tour company who helps employ local Tanzanians.

TSA Safari is highly recommended!
5/5

I had an amazing time on my safari with TSA. We spent 1 night in Ngorongoro Crater at the Rhino Lodge, and 2 nights in tented camps at Seronera Camp in Serengeti. Both safari locations were amazing and the environment was so different. The crater walls make for a unique home for all the inhabitants, and the Serengeti plains are vast and never ending. Our guide Philemon was very knowledgeable and he knew where to find all the animals at every juncture. He also worked extra hard to make sure we got to see what we wanted (which included the Great Migration a couple hours north of where we were). The tour also comes with binoculars too! Amazing. You never missed any action and got a detailed account of what was going on. My favorite part about the safari is the sheer number of entire prides of lions we saw at Serengeti (over 60 lions in 3 days). It's really something unforgettable when you get to witness a lion feast, attempted lion kills, and piles of lions napping under a tree. We also got to witness the Mara River crossing of the Great Migration near the Kenyan border, and that event was straight out of the Lion King and a National Geographic documentary. We saw a couple of Croc-Wildebeest battles that were so surreal.

The accommodations are very unique. The Rhino Lodge has an eco-friendly feel with specific electricity hours. The room can get cold, but you can light your fireplace, and the blankets are extra thick and warm, so it wasn't really a problem. The restaurant at the Lodge was gorgeous! There were warm fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows, candles, and more importantly, a delicious food buffet! The service was impeccable, and we were always taken care of. Our Seronera camp has large mosquito net King sized beds with a flushing toilet bathroom. It looked like a honeymoon palace. The staff here are very entertaining, funny, and nice. They sang John Legend after dinner! Here, they manually add boiling water for your hot showers, and water is added to flush the toilet. The amount of work they do is much appreciated and you get the hospitality. The homemade steak and soups here were phenomenal and I really enjoyed our dinners at the camp. It was fun to hear all the animals at night and to be directly in the wilderness.

I didn't want the safari to end. I only would have liked to see a black rhino, and to maybe stay at some game drive spots a little longer to observe everyday behavior. There's just so many things to see and sometimes you have to move on for the sake of the rest of your group's wants/needs. Don't forget to use the restroom before you go, because you might be waiting hours for your next break!

The safari vehicle is a huge 4x4 with plastic windows, and a roof that can lift so you can stand in the vehicle. This is different from my last safari in South Africa where the plastic windows rolled up and it was "more risky." I didn't mind so much since the lions were so close any way! We all got amazing photos, and I didn't even need a DSLR because the animals were close enough for my iPhone. The boxed lunches were mostly ordinary sandwiches and fruit, but my favorite was the soba noodles we got on one of the days!

Thank you, Tanzania Seregenti Adventures for an unforgettable safari!

Amazing Adventure!
5/5

We had an excellent experience with Tanzania Serengeti Adventures. Our driver-guide, Philimon, was an excellent guide with a vast knowledge of the landscape and wildlife. Our safari would not have been the same without him! His 20+ years of experience really shows; we highly recommend him to anyone looking to do safari. For comparison, we had the opportunity to chat with other guests at the lodge who utilized different safari companies; they were continually astounded at the amount of wildlife we were seeing. When we described what we saw (Big 5 + tons more) they were astonished. We attributed this to Philimon’s knack to seek out all the right spots; something gained after 20 years on the job! In addition to his excellent skills as a driver/guide, Philimon is a very respectful and fun person. Our group really enjoyed chatting with him and learning more about the local culture as the miles flew by. If you’re searching for a safari, you can’t go wrong with Tanzania Serengeti Adventures – and make sure to request Philimon as your guide!

Additionally, Iris & Jordan (management) were great & custom tailored our safari to our needs. Pricing was very reasonable and payment was secure and seamless. The vehicles are top notch and all seats have safety belts. Additionally, binoculars were supplied, which was a nice touch. Go with TSA – you won’t regret it!
