7-day tour from Kilimanjaro to the Serengeti
We've just returned from Tanzania. The two of us started with a 9-day safari from Kilimanjaro via Arusha and the Ngorongoro Crater to the Serengeti. After the safari, we added another 5 days on Zanzibar. Our guide for the first 7 days was James from Enchanting Tanzania Safaris. James speaks excellent German and was always able to answer all our questions about the animal species and their habits. He also has a great sense of humor, and there was always something to laugh about. The tour was perfectly planned, as we were always informed via radio with other guides whenever there was something exciting to see. We saw the Big 5 in full, a puma jumped onto the roof of a car, and a male lion leisurely walked alongside our jeep. It was a fantastic experience, and we can therefore 100% recommend James. We would also advise everyone to book a private tour. It's a bit more expensive, but you have much more room to move around in the Jeep when you're out hunting, and you can set your own pace. Like a dream
We travelled in January, James was our Guide during this trip. We still can't realy believe what we saw, so many animals, so wonderful friendly people, perfect lodges. James is the perfect guide to do such a safari. He was always attentive, helpful and responded to our wishes. Our unforgettable safari tour in Tanzania
We went on a private safari tour with our guide James for 5 days. It was an absolutely unforgettable experience which we can only recommend!
We went to the Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro crater and we were amazed by the untouched Tanzanian nature and all the various animals. As James speaks fluently German, we had great conversations and we learned a lot from him about Tanzanian wildlife. He was always very friendly, patient and very experienced. James had answers to all our questions and thought us a lot about the ways of living in Tanzania. His humorous personality made our safari a real adventure. He made us feel like to have a close friend.

Our two-week Tanzania safari was wonderful! We felt very welcome by James from the very first moment.
James accompanied us during both weeks through the beautiful northern parks (West Kililmanjaro, Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Central and North Serengeti). He was both driver and tour guide and we greatly appreciated his friendly, uncomplicated, humorous and absolutely reliable manner.
His driving style is level-headed, so that we were able to relax at all times, which is valuable on the sometimes very bad roads.
James is not only respectful to his guests, but also regarding the animals, which we appreciated much. His knowledge and experience are vast, what we benefited greatly from. He answered all our questions patiently and competently.

Perfect Safari Experience - Experience guide, amazing game drives and excellent accomondations
We experienced a fantastic safari in Tanzania with Enchanting.
The variety of safari companies can be overwhelming when you want to have a once in a lifetime experience. We compared many safari companies. Since my cousin had raved to us about his safaris with James, the choice became easy and we decided to go with Enchanting (which turned out to be A GREAT CHOICE!).
Even though we booked at short notice, James put together a great route for us with wonderful accommodation. When selecting the route, he paid attention to where the Great Migration was during our travel period. We trusted James and our guide and driver Alphayo right from the start. The communication in advance went flawlessly. Alphayo gave us a warm welcome on site.
The atmosphere on our safari was excellent! Alphayo was a very pleasant travel companion. He told us a lot about Tanzania and life in Tanzania. In the end, thanks to Alphayo, we were even able to impress those around us with a few words of Swahili.
We had great nature moments on our safari and got to know the biodiversity of Africa. Alphayo is an experienced guide who has successfully tracked down all the animals you would hope to see on a safari. In response to our desire to see cats, we went looking for rare cats and found them. Alphayo is not only a great guide, but also a very experienced driver, which is very important on the sometimes bumpy safari routes. We always felt safe as passengers.
The accommodations were all great! The facilities exceeded our expectations. The food in the lodges and tented camps was delicious.
We had a great time with Alphayo and can highly recommend the trip with Echanting to everyone.

Unforgettable experience and impressions
With 3 years late due to Corona, we were finally able to experience our safari at Enchanting. Pushing the trip was not a problem at all, so that we were finally able to fulfill our dream of a safari at the end of September.
With James, our guide and Gabriel, we did an unforgettable 6 -day safari to his intern. We visited Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Krater, Lake Manyara, a coffee plantation, Gibbs Farm and Arusha
Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. James took us to the most beautiful places with wonderful nature and always knew where the animals were found. We experienced elephants, zebras, gnus, giraffes, lions, impalas, antelopes, water buffalo, hippos, monkeys, monkeys, all types of birds, flamingos, a leopard sleeping on the tree and a sparkling with its prey. It was an insane experience for us to experience this so close.
James is an exceptionally personable and great guide. He is very knowing and was able to answer all of our questions. He succeeded in inspiring us from this wonderful spot.
The lodges selected by James were very nice and we were welcomed everywhere by very nice people and we were very comfortable everywhere.
A highlight was definitely the overnight stay in the Serengeti in the Bush Camp, where we were allowed to spend a night in the tent up close with the animals, very exciting and certainly unforgettable for us.
