Unforgettable
5/5

The experience couldn’t have been better.
Mohamed is a great guide. Thanks to his professionalism, we managed to see the Big Five. A huge leopard with her cubs, posing majestically on a rock very close to us, a cheetah and a lioness hunting, and above all, I was able to fulfill my dream of seeing rhinos.
Mohamed was always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and that we saw as much as possible. He worked very hard to help me achieve my dream, and I am deeply grateful to him.
All the accommodations were excellent, and the staff was very kind. Sleeping in the Serengeti is truly wonderful.
Asante sana!

Serengeti to Ngorongoro - an unforgettable short trip
5/5

Our trip began with a curiosity - how to see the wildlife of Africa in just three days? But I've found that every moment of this trip has been amazing. For the first time in Tarangire, the sight of a huge herd of elephants in such close proximity caught my eye. The children were screaming in excitement, and we were all capturing the moments on camera. The view of the stars under the African sky at the lodge at night - it was absolutely fascinating. This safari is great for those who want to experience wildlife even if they have little time.

Magical Anniversary Amidst the Wild
5/5

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary a little differently this time—and that decision turned out to be the best decision of our lives. We started our journey with Safari360 on a 7 Day Grand Tanzania Safari, where every day was a wonderful mix of excitement and love.

On the first day, we were mesmerized by the huge baobab trees and the free movement of elephants in Tarangire National Park. On the second day, we saw the legendary tree-climbing lions in Lake Manyara—a moment like a movie! Then began our dream destination, Serengeti National Park. We held each other’s hands tightly as we watched the migration of countless wildebeest and zebras in the sunset—as if time had stopped.

At the end, as we descended into the depths of the Ngorongoro Crater to see lions, rhinos, and countless birds, our guide said with a smile, “Love is wild, just like Africa!” — that’s when it seemed that this trip was the best gift for our wedding anniversary.

The ambiance of the lodge, the quality of the food, and the sun peeking through the safari vehicle window with a hot coffee every morning—everything was taken care of with special care. Our guide’s humor and knowledgeable explanations made the entire journey come alive.

This safari added a new chapter to our love story—thanks to Safari360.

Excellent guide and amazing parks
5/5

I went on a 4 day trip with my friends. Safari360 had everything planned right from the start - the pick-up from the airport, the accommodation, the food and the daily safari were all smooth.

Our guide was very patient and very good at spotting wildlife. I saw lions and leopards in Serengeti, elephants in Tarangire, and rhinoceros and deer in Ngorongoro Crater. Each day was a new experience.

The cuisine was superb and the accommodations were pleasant and clean. The entire vacation exceeded expectations. This is an excellent package for those who want to see the nature and fauna of Tanzania up close.

Family Trip Experience
5/5

With our family, we took a 10-day trip to Tanzania with Safari360. All in all it was a great trip from start to finish. Seeing elephants and giraffes in Tarangire, lions climbing trees in Lake Manyara - everything was real like watching a documentary.
Seeing the Great Migration of the Serengeti was the most beautiful moment of the trip. Our guide was very friendly, smiling and learning new things every day.

The review below is the personal opinion of S K and not that of SafariBookings.
Poor reliability
1/5

Our safari was full of beautiful sights and incredible memories, BUT it was also overshadowed by the POOR RELIABILITY of Safari 360’s vehicles. The only reason we managed to enjoy the experience at all was thanks to our driver and guide who was absolutely outstanding. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and always gave 110% to keep us safe and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the vehicle broke down three separate times during our trip. The first breakdown happened just outside a Maasai village, and our guide impressively managed to fix it on his own. The second was as we left Serengeti. The third and worst breakdown happened in the middle of nowhere, on the road through the jungle to our accommodation. We were completely stranded until the next morning, when the company finally sent another vehicle. Despite the major disruption to our itinerary, Safari 360 accepted only a 10% of refund, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

To be clear: our guide did everything humanly possible in all three situations. His quick thinking, calm approach, and commitment to his guests were remarkable, and he deserves the highest praise. But as much as we appreciate him, the company itself failed us. Safari 360 seriously needs to maintain their vehicles properly and take responsibility for their clients’ experiences.

Dear S K,

We sincerely appreciate your recent feedback regarding your experience with our 5 day safari. It’s unfortunate that certain aspects didn't meet your expectations, and we want to assure you that we're actively addressing the concerns you mentioned.

That said we’re normally known for our exceptional attention to detail & providing great safaris. We regret to admit that we missed the mark on this tour. Our safari jeeps are very well maintained & backed up with seasoned guides as you attest to. Due to the nature of things sometimes things do go wrong and don’t proceed as planned. The jeeps are unfortunately prone to breakdowns given the state of the roads in our national parks & as all things mechanical. In your case another jeep was sent to pick you up & the safari was thereafter completed successfully.

We set a high standard for ourselves & always aim to deliver a great experience, and we were gutted to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. In that regard & due to issues during the tour we offered & refunded 10% of the tour cost as compensation for the same. A 40% refund was requested but due to the fact that safari operations had already been incurred we humbly offered a 10% refund which was ultimately accepted. You travelled as a trio & your safari lead accepted & received the compensation. Kindly reach out to her for further clarifications & details on the same.

Thank you for posting the review & we will use the feedback to make us better and to ensure seamless experiences for all our guests.
