Amazing safari experience with the most caring guide Msese
Everything what we wanted to experience was perfectly organised since the pick up to the drop off at the hotel reception in DAR! We spent a really amazing time with the most caring and very kind guide Msese who is strongly knowledgeble of all the animals, and nature. We liked all the walks and interaction with the locals in the villages, the walking safari with the bushman. The safari itself was something special to us, just to sit and watch the raw narute was really cool! Thank you Jacob for all the organisation, you surprised us with time accuracy! wow! and huge thanks to Msese who made all the trip unforgeteble! We will strongly recommend your services!

The most helpful team and the greatest experience
This was our first Safari tour and we did not know what to expect.
It all started with the most helpful Jacob, who helped us organise the tour, listened to all the special requests and adjusted the tour when our flight home was changed.
We then got to meet our guide, Fredy, who was the best guide we could wish for. We went on exciting and informative game drives, and in the evening, we had a lot of fun over dinner learning Swahili and talking about our lives.
Overall, this has been one of the greatest travel experiences we have ever had.
We highly recommend booking the trip with Jacob, and make sure to ask for Fredy and then you will definitely have an amazing time!

A+ Safari Experience
Jacob was the man behind the operation, he was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me plan the trip and SAVE money. Yes! He helped me SAVE money on lodging by offering the Taji Rest House, which is a great lodge in the middle of the Serengeti (5 stars to the staff that work there, as well). The prices were great, better than other companies.
Freddy was the man behind the wheel. He did a great job. He has eyes like binoculars... most of the time, he saw the animals before we did. He had extensive knowledge of all of the animals, as well as the area, itself. He answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure that we saw as many animals as possible... which we did. I'm very happy.
The Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater are amazing. I highly recommend going to both places for your safari, and I highly recommend booking your trip with SmileWithUsTours. Also, one more thing I forgot to add: Freddy recommended that I double-check my flight, because he said Precision Air cancels flights a lot... and he was right. Thanks to him, I was able to find out that my flight was delayed and I was able to stay at the safari longer. Thanks again, guys!

Great experience with the Professionals !
We had 3day/2nights (with one full day game) safari at Selous with "Smile with us tours in Africa". The journey has fulfilled all our expectations. Despite the fact that January is not the best period for safari we were lucky with the weather and have managed to see huge number of the animals.
The key to success of our safari was Hassan, our guide and driver: real professional and very nice man. Hassan explained us how to act, what to do/not to do when animals come close to you. His percistence in tracking the Lion was something. If somebody told me before safari that you can approach to the Lion less than for 2 meters, I would say it's not possible...but it is!

Professional guide and wonderful experience
Communication was fast and easy. I had exact information and very good service.
We visited Selou game reserve and Mikumi national park. They were very different from each other: in Mikumi there was savanna and in Selou it was more forest and brushwood. Our guide called was Hassan and he was polite, nice and knew a lot about animals and nature and what is the most important: he respected animals and the beautiful nature around us.
I recommend Smile with us tours!

Friendly and experienced driver and safari guide mr. Hassan, we had a very pleasant 5-day trip!
Communication about our wishes for this 5 day safari trip to Mikumi, Udzungwa and Selous was very good and we got quick responses via e-mail and whatsapp - thank you, mr Jacob!
We both eat vegan food and that is no problem at all, meals are delicious and our accomodations perfect. Jacob and Hassan (our driver and safari guide) are very helpful to help planning our trip.

First at all, I want to show my appreciation to this magnific Safari tour that in all the tour they had an incredible service in all the senses. Me and my friends we had 3 days safari with Smile With Us and from the first day we had very good connection with the driver and the cheff (Thanks Amani and Erasto), they explain to us everything about the animals and spots that we had during the trip. The cheff was awesome with all the breakfasts, lunchs n dinners. People was jealous from us for having such an amazing meals jajaja TOP!. #Erasto number 1. The driver was totally good in the whole trip. We enjoyed so much with him, his pattient and good humour with us for taking pictures everywhere and talk about everything of the safari was very good. He struggled a lot to search the best animals around for looking at them. The jeep is super comfortable, the roof is nice to have other views. The windows is ok. Generally, the car is perfect for the tour. Thank you so much Amani. Finally the conection by whatsapp with the guy fixing the planing and the options for the safari was very good. He answer really fast and help in everything u need if u have doubts about the trip. So if I have to give a rate to this marvelous team is 100 of 10. Everything promised and more!
Safari can be expensive, but Smile with Us definitively delivered everything promised and more. The communication via WhatsApp is quick and easy; Jacob really comes through. The cooking was good and guide was really attentive. We toured Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro privately for 4 days and saw the big 5, cheeta’s and many more animals up close. Camping was well arranged but in a tent expect to sleep accordingly with other people on the grounds around you. Even the airport transfers were really pleasant and well taken care of. Thank you guys!

Trused and organised company, great safari to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro area
I can fully recommend the Smile with us tours in Africa as a safari organizer. We went for private and budget accommodation option 4 days and 3 nights trip in January 2020 to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro area.
We book the drip 2 months in advance. The communication with Jacob was excellent before, during and after our trip. We paid a deposit before the trip through pesapal and the rest in USD in Arusha. Try to get the most recent USD notes as 2006 & 2003 dated ones are rarely accepted. The company picked up from Arusha airport and helped with doing some shopping before safari. At the end of the safari, they provided transport to Kilimanjaro Airport. All that has been agreed before trip. From the beginning to the end everything was well organised and in line with all agreements. The driver and guide Mr Amani is every experienced and tired the best to show us all kind of animals. A chef surprised us with his excellent cooking skills. The car had a foldable roof what is a key during safaris. Camping sides were as expected, all with showers and toilets. The tent was spacious. We managed to see the big 5 but please remember this is not a zoo. It is more about the luck.
