Nziza Hospitality made a believer out of this first time Africa visitor to Uganda
From the moment we decided to book our trip to safari in Uganda and trek the famous Mountain Gorillas, the Nziza Hospitality team was in frequent contact with us. They not only answered all our questions, but sent us interesting pieces of information, videos, and other tidbits. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we were greeted with warmth and friendship by the our tour leader and our driver. Each experience was curated uniquely for us, immersed us in the culture and made us feel like royalty. The team even jumped through hoops to get us our required Covid tests as the requirements for travel changed in transit. We couldn’t be more pleased - so much so that we booked 2 more trips with Nziza so you’ll see more reviews from me! As a bonus, members of the team have shared their contact information with us and continue to stay in touch, weeks after our original trip - even those members which will not be part of our future tours. We truly feel special.

Amazing care for your clients !!
I bought Kilimanjaro climbing and 4-days Safari tour. Shortly speaking – strongly recommend this company. Company owner Humphry was very nice, helped in all requests, everything was on time, at price we initially agreed so I have no single reason to complain.
If you decide to climb Kili, ask for guide William, this is the coolest guy, I wouldn’t ever got summit without him. Safari was also perfect, we spotted all big five, spent night among wild animals, saw beautiful views.
I already recommended company to some of my friends so will be happy to share my good experience with you.
AMAZING itinerary and experience
I traveled with Nziza to Uganda for 6 days in March 2021. It was my first time in the country and did not know what to expect. Bernard put together a cohesive, exciting and full itinerary, and even before the departure I received a lot of information, had the opportunity to ask all my questions and this included also recommendations about essential information about Uganda, what to expect, what to pack, etc...
When I made it to Entebbe and during the whole trip, I was completely overwhelmed with the country itself, it was amazing to see so many different climates and opportunities. We saw hills, crater lakes, cities, savannah, rivers, Lake Victoria, the source of the Nile, the Equator... and most of all, the jungle and forests with sights of chimps and Gorillas, who let us observe them. It was overall an incredible stay, and I found that traveling now (during COVID times) was especially interesting as there was no other tourists, we had the opportunity to really sink in the culture, the people, the sights and experiences.
Throughout the stay, Bernard and his team took amazing care of us and we loved our experience from A to Z. Highly recommend visiting Uganda with Nziza, it was amazing!

I had the opportunity to go on a tour in Uganda with Nziza in March of 2021. Even though it was a more complicated time to travel, they made it absolutely seamless. Kenya Spectacular
Kenya was my fourth safari with Nziza Hospitality and it didn’t disappoint.
Every detail was taken care of down to the smallest things.
Some of the highlights were a dinner in a cave at Diani Beach and and outdoor bush dinner under the stars. I love that he creates custom experiences that the other companies don’t do.
Jeeps were in great condition and our guides were knowledgeable and knew the area and the terrain perfectly.
We experienced surprise upgrades at hotels and the choices of hotels were perfect for our budget and needs.
Bernard Nziza knows how to design the custom safari to meet your needs that is why I am returning to South Africa with him later this year.

Such an extraordinary experience with Bernard & Team
I've just returned from a 10 day luxury Kenyan safari (with 2 nights at the beach) arranged by Nziza and Bernard...I just can't say enough about my (our) experience. From beginning to end - the pre trip paperwork, the caliber of our accommodations and guides - transfers, game drives, meals - special surprises and thoughtful gestures; amazing execution. This journey was more than I dreamed possible and I am SO glad I did not put it off any longer!

Nziza Hospitality is top notch and paid attention to every last detail!
Our African Safari was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Bernard was very quick to always answer any and all questions that we had prior to traveling. We were greeted at the airport with a smile even though it was almost midnight. The resorts we stayed at were absolutely stunning. Five star all the way, even the tent resorts. We were given a rough itinerary but kept it very flexible so that if we needed to change it up we could. If we needed a day of rest, we could work that in, or if Bernard got the call that there was wildlife, we could hop in the trucks and head out!! The vehicles were very well maintained and the drivers were awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient to stop and let us take photos or to just take in the beauty of the animals we were watching. They always had drinks available to us during our drives and "real" bathroom stops were available, did not have to be in a vehicle for 12 hours with no stops. I just can't say enough good things about Nziza Hospitality, Bernard and his whole crew. They were there for us at all times to make sure we were all good and happy, and getting everything we had hoped for on our African Safari. I would absolutely feel confident booking with Nziza Hospitality again and know that it would be another trip of a lifetime with so many wonderful memories made.

Simply the Best!
We used Nziza for a gorilla trek and safari in Uganda. Bernard is simply the best and exceeded every expectation. His recommendations for activities and lodging were perfect in every way.
