First Class Professional organization!
Nziza arranged a World Class Safari trip for my family of 14, ranging in age from 14 to 73. That in itself was no small feat. Everyone's individual needs were considered and implemented, from accommodations to food choices. All camp locations were outstanding and the staff were professional and extremely friendly making sure that our needs were met. All location were All Inclusive, and Bush Dining was a spectacular experience. The food was amazing and plentiful! The Safari route was also very well planned out, leaving early in the morning and returning in time for a 7:30 dinner. The Safari Jeeps were comfortable and well stocked with water, beverages and snacks. Destinations to see the many variety of Serengeti wild life was timely and we saw every species, except the Rhino. Unfortunately, we had a few straglers that particular morning, and didn't get out early enough. Completely our family fault. Definitely a trip of a lifetime and worth every penny.

Wonderful, once in a lifetime experience!
Everything surpassed my expectations: food, service, hotel, safari, staff and security. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. The food was fresh, well prepared. Our rooms were first class. Our safari tour guides were well versed in the topography of the land, knew where all the animals were and imparted so much information that we got plenty of National Geographic episodes to familiarize ourselves in the beauty of our Serengeti experience! Our host, Bernard Munyanziza, was great, informative, fun, and kept us all enthralled with the trip. Our itinerary was sprinkled with trips into markets, museums and zoos. There was never a dull moment and we learned so much along the way that gave us a sense of life in and out of our safari expedition. We spent time in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar. Everything was incredibly scenic. Every day was a wonderful adventure! The chance to see the wildlife was priceless!
This was a once in a lifetime experience!

Tours through Kenya and Uganda
Bridget, our tour organizer and constant companion, was amazing at not only arranging wonderful experiences for our "free time" but also incorporated our Rotary International objectives to see projects into our complex visit. Additionally, she worked hard to solve the many small challenges in logistics that naturally come from shepharding 25 individuals around 3 countries. Nziza and Bridget created an amazing experience for all!

Excellent
I thought Nziza was very accommodating - we had 16 people in our group and they did their best to accommodate everyone. The drivers were excellent & very knowledgably as was our tour guide. Everywhere we stay was clean and the service was great. The vehicles were well maintained and boy do they take a beating on the dirt roads.

Amazing experience with personalized schedule
Amazing experience. Bridget was our guide and we had three drivers for our larger than normal group of Rotarians and our itinerary was for 3 weeks in Uganda, Kenya and Zanzibar. Everything was well organized and they easily adapted as the trip unfolded. For a smaller group it would be normal to have your driver be the guide with a group of up to 6 and any of the drivers would have been easily able to manage the entire process. Their local knowledge of culture and wildlife was amazing and their respect for nature was noticed.

Wonderful experience with an incredible team

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!
I live in Kenya and have been to over 10 African countries doing safaris, but Uganda exceeded my expectations.
It is the only country where you can literary see all the primates under one roof the chimps, Gorillas not forgetting the big five, a boat ride in the Nile the Murchison falls, birdlife, the culture was amazing our guide Mustafa aka “Stephy” the bird spotter who could spot a bird more than a hundred meters away give you the name description and why it is found in that area, the vast Knowledge about the country, wildlife, conservation only to name but a few.
I would say this was and still is a safari of a lifetime which was well organized by “NZINZA HOSPIALITY” end of March from the 25th for a nine days safari.
Clean well-maintained vehicles, professionalism at its top most notch, attention to details, services offered right from the first to the last day they walk the talk and make sure that they deliver what they promised, I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to do a safari in UGANDA and East Africa as a whole

Nziza Hospitality was an amazing company to work with to provide us a trip of a lifetime. Bernard and his team took careful time planning each and every small detail of our trip in order to make it spectacular. We always had someone to pick us up, answer any question, to resolve any issues we came across, and to help us through any travel customs. All of the hotels we stayed at were magical and many gave us the opportunity to immerse ourself into the African culture. The hotels they booked for us were not only gorgeous, but had a staff that was there to make sure all of our needs were met and were some of the kindest people I met. I have absolutely zero complaints about this trip and hope to return some day! There is no other company I would trust to put together a unique itinerary and guide me through my trip than Nziza Hospitality.

I visited Tanzania with my husband, 10-year old son (his first BIG trip), sister, and a group of friends. We spent four days exploring and learning about local culture, arts, politics and experiencing the local food. It was an AMAZING ADVENTURE thanks to Bernard and Ali! They ensured we were treated like family — curated special experiences, offered suggestions, and made us feel like we were an extension of their own tribe. We adored them!!!
