A tour operator that goes out of their way to ensure the client is satisfied.

We enjoyed our time in Dubai. Best airline selection, good hotel in a location close to what we needed, exciting activities. I would recommend Fauna Safaris to anyone who's planning a holiday.

Our family trip was organised by Fauna Safaris, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, their communication was clear, timely, and very professional. Kevin, in particular, offered outstanding customer service and ensured every detail of our trip was well taken care of. We appreciated how smoothly everything was arranged. Fauna Safaris linked us with reliable transport drivers for our transfers between Baobab Resort and the SGR station, making our movements stress-free and comfortable.

They also handled our SGR ticket bookings perfectly, and we were pleased to be seated together as a family in the new SGR Coach 7. It made the journey even more enjoyable, especially for the kids. Overall, the coordination, attention to detail, and genuine care we experienced made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend Fauna Safaris to anyone looking for a well-organized, family-friendly, and professional travel experience. Thank you for making our holiday special!
