Amazing and attentive to detail
Fauna Safaris did an outstanding job planning our Dubai trip from 25th December 2025 to 2nd January 2026. The entire package was tailored perfectly to our needs, and their professionalism stood out from start to finish.
Communication was excellent throughout the planning process and during the trip itself; they were always available online to respond to any questions or concerns. Airport transfers were seamless, with timely pick-ups and drop-offs, which made our travel stress-free.
They also arranged a top-tier chauffeur service, with luxurious cars that made getting around Dubai both comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel they recommended exceeded our expectations and was a great fit for our stay.

Our family trip was organised by Fauna Safaris, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, their communication was clear, timely, and very professional. Kevin, in particular, offered outstanding customer service and ensured every detail of our trip was well taken care of. We appreciated how smoothly everything was arranged. Fauna Safaris linked us with reliable transport drivers for our transfers between Baobab Resort and the SGR station, making our movements stress-free and comfortable.
They also handled our SGR ticket bookings perfectly, and we were pleased to be seated together as a family in the new SGR Coach 7. It made the journey even more enjoyable, especially for the kids.
