An amazing 5 night safari
An incredible experience with Stanley and our driver Mike. They looked after us (a group of 5 girls) brilliantly and booked everything for us. Great value for money when we were staying in fancy hotels (salt lick and ngutini lodge). Couldn’t recommend it enough and would love to do it all over again. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Absolutely great experience with Savannah Hippo’s. Stanley & Mike were two very respectful men & did not make a group of 5 girls uncomfortable at all on our 6 day trip. Stanley was able to answer all our questions throughout the safari & it was very wholesome to see someone so passionate about their job. He has a 6th sense for animals and can feel them before he sees them! An expert at his job for sure. Highly recommend.

The most incredible Safari
We had the most incredible 5-day safari in Kenya with Stanley as our guide and Mike as our driver, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish everything was so well organised, punctual, and completely stress-free — they made the whole trip feel easy and exciting.
Stanley is not only great fun with an amazing sense of humour, but he’s also extremely well educated, knowledgeable, and experienced. We learned so much throughout the safari, and his passion for what he does really shines through. Mike was equally brilliant — such a skilled driver, calm, professional, and always making sure we were comfortable and looked after.
As a young group of girls travelling together, we felt safe and cared for at all times. They were both incredibly respectful, accommodating, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble — every question, request, or change of plan was met with kindness and patience.
This was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had and we’re so grateful we chose Stanley and Mike. If you’re considering a safari in Kenya, book with them — it’s worth every minute.

Absolutely exceptional to the last detail
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Stanley was brilliant from the start - so helpful over WhatsApp when booking the holiday, right to the last detail. Happy to help at all times. We had Stanley and another guide (Chipa) the entire time and both were brilliant - so knowledgable, patient and friendly. We had three days on the beach at the end to relax and Stanley took care of all the bookings and transfers for us. Every lodge we stayed in exceeded expectations and were perfect in every way. We highly recommend the walking safaris, bike rides and visiting the gorge in Hell’s Gate 🔥

Amazing Kenyan safari
We have had the most amazing safari with Savannah Hippo Safaris. From the first contact, communication has been excellent ensuring that all our needs and expectations were met and exceeded. Stanley and Chippa are very knowledgable and I have learned so much on this trip. We have seen so many animals but seeing a cheetah feeding with her 5 cubs was so special. The accommodation chosen by Stanley has been exceptional especially Ziwani Safari Camp, Salt Lick and Ngutuni Safari Lodge. I would highly recommend Stanley for your next safari

Amazing safari experience-highly recommend!!!
Our family of 5 from New Zealand booked this trip after several recommendations from friends who had booked with Stanley before. Stanley our guide and Chipa our driver were both super friendly and had alot of experience & knowledge that ensured our safari experience was fantastic. We saw SO many animals up close in all of the game parks we visited, even a lioness with 3 cubs! The accommodation and food was fantastic - our favorite was the Voyager Ziwani tent camp with hippos, monkeys and crocodiles up close and the Voyager Resort which was all inclusive. Absolutely loved our trip & very happy to highly recommend to others.

The most incredible safari experience
Our experience with Savannah Hippo Safari was absolutely amazing. Stanley and Chipa were great, they were so knowledgeable and we learnt so much about the animals and the land.
Stanley was so helpful and everything was so well planned with him!
The places we stayed in were unreal – so nice and the food was fantastic. We had delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner every day! Our Safari went above and beyond our expectations and it’s all thanks to Stanley and his team! I definitely recommend them for a safari in Africa, it was truly the holiday of a lifetime!
Very well ran and excellent organisation
Great experience with Stanley and Oscar! Oscar was very knowledgeable and an excellent driver. The hotels we stayed at were amazing especially the lodge by the watering hole.

Spectaculair Snorkling Trip
Together with my wife and daughter we spent some weeks in Kenya in January. Thanks to Starnley we had the pleasure of going on a splendid snorkling trip to Kisite, near the border of Tanzania. It was a wonderful experience from discussing the trip to coming back. Fair prices, proactive support and most of all a trustworthy partner. We had fun, we saw part of this magnificent country and ocean and we’d do it again in a heartbeat!

All was just perfect
Since the Booking, I had been in touch with Stanley, Always available to answer all my questions before the beginning of my safari ( in Amboseli). All was Taken Care of as he said, all was perfectly well organised. A beautiful safari . The camp where I stayed ( two nights ) was Magic. Stanley couldn t be with me during the safari due to personal reasons but he phoned me and texted every day to check if everything was going well which I much appreciated. He also helped me find a hotel in Nairobi thé night before my departure back home. Thank you Stanley !
