Amazing
Initial correspondence was via email and everyone of them was replied promptly.
We were picked up at the airport by Francis.
He was well presented, courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
We were taken to our hotel (rainbow falls, which was lovely), where we were greeted by Oscar, the Zambesi expedition tour manager.
We exchanged phone numbers and was told that Francis was available to take us wherever we wanted to go. Our trip was very well planned, from start to finish including a Zambesi boat trip (alcohol and snacks included) and Victoria falls. We asked Oscar to arrange for a helicopter ride over the falls which he arranged straight after our walk. (amazing views and highly recommend).
The transport to Botswana, also included a safari and a boat trip on the Chobe River.
The hotel was lovely, overlooking the Chobe river. (complete with baboons).
From there we went back to Zimbabwe to the Hwange game reserve. Another amazing hotel overlooking a waterhole.
Another safari where we saw Lions and Crocodiles, as well as other animals.
Back to Victoria falls for our last day before being picked up by Francis and taken back to the airport.
All staff were so friendly and welcoming.
All guides were included so no hidden costs there.
Would definitely recommend this company. Would definitely use them again.

What An amazing experience
Our Zambezi Expedition surpassed our expectations. Twoj river cruises, day safari, evening safari. Tours were great, our guides were well informed, accommodation was excellent. Food and services were fantastic. Staff and guides were so friendly and professional and determined to provide us with a memorable experience. Would highly recommend Zambezi Expeditions

Amazing tour that met our expectations.
When we booked this tour, we didn't realise that it was a private tour run just for us. What great luck! All of the staff we dealt with, Oscar, Francis and Silence were accommodating to our needs and feel that they really took care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. They said that they didn't want us to feel like we were being rushed, so everything was at our pace. From being picked up at the airport by Francis, welcomed by the team at our hotel in Victoria Falls, and all of the tours and inclusions, everything went smoothly. Very hospitable people and company to deal with, so thank you for making us so welcome in your country.! The game drives were run by very professional operators and we saw some incredible and rare sights. If you are thinking about booking this tour, don't hesitate. Excellent service from start to finish
This tour was amazing! The guides, drivers and all the staff were attentive to us at all times, we were looked after the whole way! The accommodation was beautiful, exceptional food. The tour itself was great, at our own pace and felt very personal. Would highly recommend!

Two nigh Chobe Camping Trip from Victoria Falls with Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours
I booked this trip through Viator and it was one of the few that allowed for single travelers. Very reasonable price. I contacted Oscar before arriving because the hotel pick up had changed and there was prompt communication and no problem. Oscar picked me up on time and was well known to the hotel staff who greeted him cordially and respectfully. Oscar's driver took me to the border of Botswana and Zimbabwe about 45 minutes by private car. The driver introduced me to his colleague on the Botswana side who would take over from there. The border crossing was straight forward and relatively quick. We had to go to three separate buildings but there were people to guide you to the right paths. The guide was waiting for me on the other side of the customs building. We waited for a few minutes for others to arrive and were driven to the river cruise dock where we boarded a small boat for a two hour river safari on the Chobe River. After the river safari, we stopped at a luxury resort on the river for a buffet lunch that was included. I was dropped off at my accommodations which as a resort just outside Chobe National Park and included resort hotel rooms, tents and camping grounds. I stayed in a tent on my own with shared washroom facilities which were clean and functional. That afternoon, I was picked up for an afternoon game drive, which was amazing. Dinner was at the resort and was included. The next day I did a morning safari drive and an afternoon river safari. Both were great. In between the safaris, I spent time by the pool relaxing and cooling off. The next morning I left for the border and back to Victoria Falls arriving before lunch with plenty of time to organize the rest of my day. Very satisfied with Oscar and his team. Reasonable price and available for solo travelers.

Looked for animals and explained everything well!
This tour was one of our best! I loved the Jeep and sitting up high we could see all the animals. Our guide was wonderful and tried his best.

Just an amazing, once in a lifetime experience!
My game drives in Chobe we’re my first ever, and Zambezi Expedition Travrl & Tours did not disappoint. I was a solo traveler from Vic Falls to Kasane, and was paired with two different tour groups each day. Each group was fun & I learned so much! My guides Percy & Peace were knowledgeable and professional. Each day I saw lions, elephants, giraffe, hippos, crocs, kudu, impala and more. Combining the game drive with the boat game viewing made for a great experience. Value wise, it can’t be beat. Cannot recommend enough!

Reliable, honest and trustworthy
I really enjoyed working with Mr. Oscar. In addition to being polite and honest, he is very reliable, always arrived or sent a driver on time, all excursions and tours began and ended according to the program.
