Exceptional service
eXplore Plus arranged the most phenomenal tour for us. Their online information sessions were invaluable in helping us decide on which tour to take. Once the decision was made they were extremely efficient in getting everything organised with detailed information about the area and accommodation.
Our tour was extremely well thought out and planned and our guide was excellent and extremely experienced which made a real difference in the manner in which we got to experience not only the river crossings, but the entire Serengeti.
With some airline challenges Rika and Bianca went above and beyond getting us home on time.
They clearly have a very good understanding of the area and can provide an exceptional experience at whichever level their clients request.

Professional and well organised
Everything was planned very well from the moment we stepped on the plane to leave up to our return to South Africa . The trip co-ordinators in Egypt was very professional and helpful, they went out of their way to help and assist us at the airports with check in of luggage, immigrations in and transfers. Ibrahim even helped to ensure our luggage was sent to SA when Egypt Air did not load it for our flight back to SA.
We had an unforgettable experience and would definitely go back !

Absolutely Incredible From Start to Finish
We had the most incredible trip, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish!
Mariki organised everything so perfectly, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy the trip without having to worry about a thing. The communication, planning and organisation were all seamless, and the drivers were absolutely fantastic, especially when it came to helping us through the borders and making sure everything ran smoothly along the way.
All of the lodges were wonderful, the food was great and the game drives were amazing. We were also incredibly lucky with our sightings. An absolutely unforgettable experience!
This was truly a bucket-list trip for us, and Mariki played such a huge part in making it so special. We will definitely be using her and Explore Plus again for our future travels, and probably sooner than they think! ;)
We came home with amazing memories and so many photos to remind us of it. Highly recommend!

The ONE and ONLY
Rika and Melissa were both very professional; informative and helpful with all our questions in the pre tour period. Melissa also checked in throughout the tour to make sure all were fine! All the flights - international and internal were good. The transfers from and to the lodges were on time and enjoyable. The staff at the lodges all knew Rika in person - and made sure that our visits were memorable in all aspects.
We often plan overseas trips, but forget or don't know what exceptional destinations we have on our own African continent. Tanzania blew our minds away on this special family holiday celebrating a 70th birthday - the friendly people; the save environment; the healthy, hearty meals with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables with every meal (the roads are lined with fruit and vegetable gardens) and wonderful meat dishes; the hospitality of all the lodges' staff; the prime positions of the lodges and then off course, what nature offered.
We were privileged to visit the Tarangire National Park; The Ngorongora Crater; Central and Northern Serengeti. The vast expanses with thousands of animals and various "lifers" for our birders are instilled in our memories forever and ever. The rangers were exceptional - with their knowledge; their humour and banter and stories.
We will most definitely visit again!! With the help of Explore Plus Travel

Exceptional Tour operators
Bucket list come true.
Very professional and reliable tour operators, all was very well planned - from the accommodation, transfers and the expert, very knowledgeable, local guides. Our tour operator, Rika, accompanied our tour and treated every client with the utmost patience and friendliness. We were fortunate to see 71 lions, 2 leopards, 1 cheetah and 4 river crossings, all were exceptional. Another bucket list was the hot air balloon over the Serengeti followed by a full English breakfast in the bush.
We can highly recommend eXplore Plus Travels & Tours for their outstanding customer service, seamless execution and making a bucket list come true. We will definitely be using them for future Africa Tours.
