Everything was well handled from the Agents side.
Was a great experience, would like to have been informed about the amount of time that we would travel especially the transfers to the various accommodation places that were very far apart (3 hour drives). Worst was the guide that drove us to the park and in the park. Drove very recklessly on the main roads and drove to fast. Speed limit in the reserve is 40km and hour and at one point was driving a 100km. Was not at all knowledgeable about the animals, birds etc. Told us that a female ostrich is black? and could not identify an impala and told us it was a Gazelle? Did not ask what we would like to see as our interests are birds, animals, plants etc. his only concern was showing us Lion and was always in a hurry. Guide for the Park was my worst however the trip and all the places we stayed were amazing. For me Diani was my preferred place as the beach in Malindi was not nice at all with all the black coral not nice for swimming. Look out for all the curio sellers they are very much a problem. They are friendly but always in your face wanting to sell you stuff and they stand on the beach looking at you while you are sitting on the beach. Had a great trip and was a fantastic experience.

Our week-long holiday, with stays at 2 (very) different camps, was developed around a proposal provided by eXplore - selected from alternatives that were provided. Comprehensive detail incl all flights and fully inclusive accommodation were effectively incorporated into the itinerary, which was communicated well in advance of departure - particularly liked the on-line platform used to pull together all the travel details in clear and easy to access manner. The trip to Botswana was a fantastic experience that went off largely without any (real) issues.

The tour was good, well planned, punctual and well prepared.
The travel was well prepared for and we visited the Pyramids, The Merit Centre, The Museum and the Temple by the Gabbage Site. The tour was truly fruitful and I do recommend it for those who would like to visit Egypt. The travel tour were punctual as they could check to find me. explore Plus Travel and Touts offer a reliable mode of travel and tours.

She could have been more sensitive to my anxieties. We were told that liquor was not included.
We were treated very well by friendly staff in both lodges. In fact, we were given the Villa at Kadizora, which meant that I didn't have to share a room with my son. It was a memorable holiday!

The tour was good and the guides/drivers well man-nerd and excellent knowledge of the whole area,animals and birds!
Negatives were the too long distances traveled and the condition of most inner roads very poor accentuating therefore distances feeling further!The rain did add to this for sure!One needs a fair fitness !

Thorough, precise, helpful and reasonable.
Our second safari with eXplore Plus Travel & Tours (Serengeti in 2025). We requested a small group, exclusive safari of the Okavango Delta with minimum travel arrangements starting in Cape Town and paying with ZAR Rand. We got we asked for and more. Efficient flights, friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely camps, super food and lots of Kodak moments. Would recommend this to anybody.

Very good
I had a wonderful experience from the outset with a meet and greet at the airports and a wildlife relevant book;the guide was brilliant; the food was mostly very good;
The accommodation was excellent but I would have preferred slight upgrade on the Serengeti tent.
Overall highly recommended
I would easily travel again with Explore plus

Serengeti magic
We chose the 8 day tour to the Serengeti. It was an unforgettable experience. The local guides through Predators were excellent, the balloon safari over the northern Serengeti astounding and the Leonard's team at the tented camp awesome. A few hiccups here and there which the management of explore Plus handled with aplomb after the tour. The tour assistant was inexperienced. Overall a bucket list experience.
