MOST RELIABLE DESTINATION AND TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN EAST AFRICA
I booked my 5 days Tour to Nairobi with Gofan Safaris in Kenya. I had little knowledge about Nairobi City and places i preferred to visit but i trusted their expertise in arranging my desired tours and transport requests.
Shadrack and Maria were very responsive to my requests and advised me accordingly. They advised on the best timings to visit particular places.
I planned to Visit the Giraffe Center, do a Nairobi City Tour to the craft markets and also a safari to Nairobi National Park.
Maria was the main contact person for Gofan Safaris - Kenya and helped in having all these tours well-arranged beyond my expectations. She did an amazing job to ensure that all was well arranged for me especially vehicles to be used and accommodations. She booked my accommodation in Nairobi at West Lerruant Hotel in Nairobi West, which was budget friendly, clean and well-located. I highly recommend!
Vehicles that were used throughout my stay were well maintained and always so clean. The drivers were clean, so professional and observed traffic rules. Micheal picked me from the airport; was so good at taking the best pictures, Polycarp was the best at city tour; teaching me basic Kiswahili words to use around town (Jambo - "Hello", Asante - "Thank you"), Njoroge was a wildlife expert and was the best to go with for the National Park tour then Sylias was so patient with me while i maneuvered through airport check points and choas. You can request for one driver throughout your trip but i preferred the change.
Food is in plenty in Kenya and is so satisfying. Expect to eat a lot of white or red meat- if you are meat lover; Try Carnivore Restaurant for a fun meat-eating Experience; You will than me later. There are also a variety of vegetarian options. Vegetarians are also catered for in Nairobi city. Ugali and greens are a must try!
I highly recommend all travelers to trust Gofan Safaris & Travel Africa Limited for all your desired tours and transfers within East Africa. They have branches in Four East African Countries - Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda then Rwanda and organize transfers and safaris within all these 4 countries.

gorgeous experience
We did in January 2025 the 5days/4nights safari with Gofan Safaris in Tsavo East, Amboseli and Tsavo West.
We had a great time and the experience was truly fantastic and unforgettable!
The 4X4 Jepp was super and the guide/driver (Solomon) was really awesome: very professional, funny, precise and skilled driver.
Super experience, I recommend Gofan Safaris to all of my friends visiting Kenya/Tanzania/Uganda!

Excellent tour operator who was able to organize my trip at the last minute.
I am a single woman who is travelling around Africa without having booked any tours or guides. A few days before I left for Masai Mara I emailed a few tour operators to see if they could provide transportation. Gofan was the only one that replied and did so in a timely matter. I was able to coordinate with them to get exactly what I wanted instead of some package tour with strangers. They were very flexible as I was up in the air as to the dates I wanted to go as I was still in Uganda. My guide Frances was picking me up on Jan 1 and he took the time on NYE to come see me at my hotel when he couldn’t reach me via phone to firm up details. He wanted to leave early morning but was willing to go later when I told him I didn’t want to leave so early. He was also very knowledgeable about the park and park fees. He knew everyone from the rangers, men at the service station and hotel so I felt very well taken care of. He even drove me to better toilets when he knew the ones we were at were not so nice.

Wonderful, Safe and Knowledgeable
Soloman was our tour guide for our days in the Masai Mara and was excellent at spotting both the "must see", big animals and also the smaller animals; different birds and mammals. He was able to share his knowledge on the different animals which was incredible. Whilst driving, we were able to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery without lots of information being shared which we appreciated to be able to take it all in. Soloman was a safe driver which given the track conditions was much appreciated! We felt safe leaving our bag of food in the vehicle (not recommended to take into our tented accommodation due to monkeys) and there wasn't an issue at all. It was a fantastic experience and would do it all over again and appreciated an excellent tour guide to make the experience what it was!
Gofan safaris were very accommodating with our last minute changes of plans.
Solomon was phenomenonal in helping us to feel safe and enjoy the whole experience, ensuring we had enough water, toilet stops and as 2 young single white women we felt so safe with him.
