"Very professional and what you pay for is what you get "
An amazing trip organized by Hail tours uganda . Doreen was very flexible while we considered several itineraries. He was very responsive and provided us all the solutions we could ask for. The safari experience was really amazing. Gerald, was our guide in all the national parks we visited . He showed us remarkable dedication and made our exploration fantastic. There was no day, we didn’t enjoy observing the wild nature so close, thanks to his knowledge and experience. Gerald was so, kind , knowledgeable, polite and helpful in all the aspects of our trip.
we are so much grateful to Hail tours and their guide Gerald. Highly recommended if you want to have a unique and fantastic safari experience in Uganda use them !!

"Best tour operator with great value and services"
WOW! Can’t say enough how wonderful Hail tours was to book with! My husband and I found the company on this website and the moment I began communication with Doreen, the entire process was awesome. She told us everything we needed to do before hand and helped us along the way when we had inquiries. We had our guide Gerald ,took us around all parts of uganda! The process of doing a covid19 rapid test across was quick and easy too. My favorite moments included seeing a large heard of giraffes at murchison falls NP,, seeing the white rhinos, Elephants, seeing both leopards and lions hanging out in trees in the queen Elizabeth NP (lshasha sector) and just getting to know
more cultural information about uganda atlarge. Gerald was absolutely incredible, helpful and kind too and I HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST booking with this company. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and I will forever be grateful for everything we experienced! We saw all of the big five and then some. Get ready for cheetahs, leopards, lions, buffalo herds, different types of giraffes, hyenas…everything! Oh and if you love birds too, this is the trip for you!
Thank you so much Doreen,Gerald and everyone at Hail .

Tailor made safari
My wife and I flew into Entebbe, had a great night at Two Friend's lodge then set out with our wonderful driver Nelson Byamukama . We set off to kibale NP with a lunch stop over at Fortport and spend a night at kibale forest camp. Early morning start to track the chimps then after set off to Queen Elizabeth NP for evening game drive and stay at Park view lodge. The rooms were nice and food was awesome! Next day we had a great morning game drive where we managed to see lions leopard, Buffalos, hippos, Antelopes and the afternoon aboat cruise at kazinga channel, then set off to Bwindi lodge with amazing views. Next morning was gorilla trekking. We had to walk with trackers cut a path at our feet using machetes. It was such a great experience seeing goirilla babies and sliver back. The next day off to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation. The following morning set off to Lake Mburo NP and spend 2 nights at Rwakobo lodge. We managed to see zebra's and many others.
This was a wonderful adventure, friendly guide, well organized, perfect Itinerary, excellent lodges, awesome food, hot showers and good people all the way.

Henry is such a knowledgeable, experienced and well trained tour guide with the best service.
We visited Murchison falls me and my wife, the falls are really Magical. We saw the animals(Hippos, crocs) in the water at the closed range and as well during the game drive. Our game guide Henry was so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced about all the animals and the game reserve. It was really fun and enjoyable hence planning to visit again with my children next year in July. I started recommending my friends to Hail tours Uganda for safari trips because they turned our moments into memories.
