"13 Day Gorilla, chimps and game drive safari"
We had a trip of life time with Hail tours uganda .The communication with Doreen was clear and fast.
The tour it's self was absolutely wonderful. Our guide /driver Nelson was exceptional, smart, and knowledgeable. If you're interested in exploring uganda particularly if you're interested in Birds, photography and wildlife I would highly recommend him.

"Everything was pretty good"
The team from Hail tours Uganda was very friendly,quick, reliable, interesting and accommodated all our needs .Doreen was very fast in replying me mails, everything was just smooth!
Our driver /guide Nelson was knowledgeable ,super fun,and so Friendly.He answered all the questions and provided us will all the required information.
The lodges we stayed in were so amazing with nice views ,and food was very nice.we had an incredible experience in Uganda with hail tours! I highly recommend them.

A well organized tour, with high standards of accommodations. Nelson our guide was funny and wonderful and put us in comfortable zone by taking care of us in every situation. We really enjoyed our trip to the full. We had a magical 7days exploring Uganda and experiencing the amazing gorillas and chimps.

"Highly recommend"
The trip met all of my expectations. The traveling went smoothly,the company driver was amazing.game drives,chimp's trekking and gorilla experience were astonishing.
The lodges were very nice with no mosquitoes and food was nice.
I definitely recommend going with Hail tours uganda for any trip in uganda. This truly was a once in a lifetime.

"From the booking process to the actual tour ,they did a professional job"
The entire trip was planned via mail communications with Doreen. Her response to my questions was usually in the same day .This was a 3 day gorilla trekking,they took care of everything from a pick up , lodging and food etc.
My guide nelson was excellent.He picked me up at the airport and took me to a nearby lodge for overnight
The next day we drove to Bwindi impenetrable forest NP from Entebbe a nearly 11 hours drive . Nelson was interesting and fun. we stopped along the way in mbarara for lunch and shopping. The roads near Bwindi were wet, muddy and so challenging to pass. Nelson was such a skilled driver and could negotiate the situation very well. The accommodation (Bwindi lodge)where l stayed for 2nights were very amazing and the service was so excellent with friendly people around .
The actual gorilla experience was wonderful but with difficult terrain ( very steep and muddy) since it was raining .rangers and other people in my group helped me alot .
The entire experience was fabulous!!

"Nice experience in Uganda with Hail tours Uganda"
We joined trekking in Bwindi Np.we saw sliverbacks and Gorrilla children.The experience amazed me.The accommodation we stayed was very wonderful and comfortable most especially the mosquito nets and hot water !!.
The guide Nelson was kind and funny .He drove us very well to Bwindi for Gorrillas.Thanks to him he really took care of us . If you are interested in Gorrillas and wildlife animals,you should go to Uganda and get in touch with Hail tours Uganda.

"Everything was well arranged"
This was the first trip we had done. Hail tours helped us experience the beauty of the country in a wonderful way. Once landing in Uganda, our driver Nelson was very nice and he made sure our journey was expceptional.
He was very excellent, friendly,funny, knowledgeable, helpful and he knew alot of things. I would definitely recommend Nelson as a guide , we missed him once we left .
All lodges were excellent with great views, the food we ate was awesome.
The van was clean and spacious .
The overall experience was fantastic, highly recommend it

I contacted hail tours Uganda by email and Doreen was always very fast to respond.
I have travelled to many countries with different tour companies but Hail tours Uganda so far is the best with good customer care and best guides/ drivers . My guide was Nelson but he's a cream.
The accommodations were very perfect and food was awesome.!!

"The best gorilla trekking experience"
Hail tours was helpful and super quick at replying mails. The guide /drive Nelson managed to make a long drive interesting and go fast ,the food was very nice and accommodation was wonderful and gorilla trek was the best one I have ever done .Everything was just fantastic,I was in safe hands the whole of my 3days in uganda.
