Life time experience
Their service was excellent delivered as promised. What I loved the most was their communication regarding what was going to happen,how to pay and the times of traveling. For me customer service is what I have an eye on and they were great!!!

The communication was good and my only suggestion is to pre - align with the customers beforehand if the safari cannot fulfill the initial reservations! Otherwise my partner and I enjoyed ourselves!

Wonderful day trip to Addo!
Very easy to book the excursion and communication about pick up and the trip details was excellent. Our guide Lonwabo was very nice and had very good knowledge of both the animals and the plants in the preserve. We saw a lot of different animals at very close range. An excellent day!

Well worth it !
My husband and I were very satisfied with this tour. We were picked up at the expected time and both our guide and the driver were very pleasant. Our guide was very knowledgeable and went out of his way for us to see a rhino, which we did. It was a very interesting tour and we highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time with Lloyd and Luks on our safari tour. We went to three different national parks and one private game park. The itinerary was amazing! We got to see the big 5 and I felt like we got really experience what a safari is like in different locations. Both Lloyd and Luks were awesome guys. Highly knowledgable and super fun & easy to get along with. Highly recommend - thanks again guys! Amazing memory for life!

Friendly and Knowledgeable
The experience was really good. We had a great day. The only let down was that no lunch or drinks(water) were provided as stated on the website of TripAdvisor.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We try our level best to ensure that our guests enjoy their experience with us. We do apologize about lunch not being included in the package. We actually stopped serving lunch on our trips a while ago, due to the lengthy variety of diets that guests prefer. We actually removed it as an inclusion on our TripAdvisor page and I am surprised that it still appears as an inclusion. We are so sorry about the inconvenience.
