Expert planning and always ready to help
Absolutely unbelievable experience! Could not believe how many animals we saw. Perfectly planned by Innocent who was always ready to help and our guide Emanuel was honestly amazing. Would give this more stars if I could!

Great safari and the best guide!!
We did 6 day safari in Central Serengeti, Ndutu and Ngorongoro. It was fantastic experience, very well organized by Safari Soles.
Our guide Chediel was absolutely great, the best guide we ever had in Africa. I would very highly recommend him and the company for this amazing adventure!!

Best Tour Around at a Great Price
We highly recommend Safari Soles for your Tanzania adventure.
We completed a 9 day tour in mid-January that included 6 days on safari (Tarengerie, Lake Manyara (day & night), Southern Serenghetti, Ngorongoro Crater), and a day each exploring Arusha city, the Datoga & Hadzabe tribes, and hiking a little bit of Kilimanjaro. They’re very willing to customize an itinerary to fit your desires while staying within a budget.
Our safari driver, Isaack, may be the best one in Tanzania. He is kind, caring, & organized, and his experience navigating the parks & large network of friends allow you to see a lot of animals. He truly loves his job and wants his guests to leave happy, even if it means sitting with animals for a while to witness something special or take the perfect photo (he has a knack for getting the best parking spot). Overall, we spotted at least 85 different animal species, including the African Big Five and a few less common ones. Granted, we woke up early per Isaack’s suggestion since it gave us more time to see and be with the animals (we were first guests in two parks).
The complimentary drinks on the clean jeep are plentiful, and the mid-range lodges & camps are all well-maintained (some having air conditioning & WiFi). Food throughout the trip was tasty, which included a variety of country-grown vegetables & rice, and traditional meats & seafoods. They offer mostly hot meals, which are far superior to the boxes that other companies mostly offer.
Shout out to Chief & Andrew for assisting us on city & hiking days, respectively.
We have zero complaints; it’s hard to believe there is a better company than Safari Soles, and all the money they make stays in Tanzania since they’re locally owned. We will miss Tanzania, and especially Isaack, who we consider family now since that’s how he treated us all week.

Simon was amazing!!!
The experience was amazing and very well planed by Safari Soles. Our organiser, Vivian, was great throughout and very easy to get hold of before the trip to plan anything. She even set up a few surprises for us as it was a special birthday trip!
The absolute highlight for us was our driver Simon who had so much knowledge and wasn't put out by anything if it was long drives, tough animals to find, or even challenging terrain. He would go everywhere and anywhere to give us the best possible experience and we cannot thank him enough for such am amazing time from the moment we met him at Kilimanjaro airport with a massive smile on his face. He was so welcoming and went above and beyond to make the trip as special as possible. I proposed to my partner on the trip and even despite our long game drives, he would go away in the evening and plan surprises with the camp staff, or the balloon safari organisers etc... It was as if he was a local celebrity as everyone knew him and all the drivers were constantly asking Simon where the best places to go on the radio. We were truly blessed to have him as our tour guide throughout the trip. We felt so lucky to have Simon as our guide. He even had his own professional camera which meant we could spend every moment with the animals and he would share photos with us at the end of each day (which were incredible / professional quality). This attention to detail, and always thinking about us first made us feel like we truly lucked out with Simon.
We would like to thank Safari Soles, Vivian and especially Simon for making it a trip of a lifetime!

Outstanding guide, very attentive organisation and superb accommodations
This was our first ever safari, but we have many friends who have extensive experience in safaris in multiple countries. They were extremely surprised at the price we got for our tour and felt that they had been paying way over the odds, but said we will wait until you get back to judge . They Safaris got off to a bad start , our flight from the U.K. to Schipol to Connect to Kilimanjaro airport and Arusha was cancelled . We were meeting two friends flying in from the USA there for the Safari. They made it , we didn’t … We arrived 24 hours late . I had been in contact with Patrick , he arranged for a car and driver and we were picked up at 10pm at the airport and driven 3 and a half hours to our second night camp ( we missed Tarangire ) we arrived just before 2 am , staff were waiting , they even offered us food and drink , which we thought amazing , we took a beer to our room ! It had been a long 2 days . The next day we were up at 6.30 for an early breakfast , meet our friends and meet Estomy our guide and finally the Safari started. We had a night in the Northers Serengeti , 2 in the south , a night at Ngorogoro and a night back in Arusha. The whole experience was amazing, we saw way more , far closer than we ever expected. We all like birds and Estomy was brilliant at identifying new species ( we even showed him some migrants that we recognised ) The accommodations were spot on, fantastic value , outstanding service, lovely food and we slept well , but did hear lions, hyenas, zebra and were woken with a Cape buffalo rubbing its self on the tent . We awoke in the mornings and could see giraffe, dik dik impala …. It was an amazing experience. The game drives were contrasting , some places less to see but intriguing views , animal sightings. We loved seeing Jackals, 2 species, Serval as much as we did the big 5 ( which we did see , and saw in 1 day in Ngorogoro) we were amazed by the tented camps in the parks , you are unfenced , supported by Masai and walked to and from your tents , but they were really well appointed ( given your location ) and the staff were uniformly friendly , welcoming and determined to ensure you had a great stay. In fact the people we met will sit in our memories as well as the wildlife . In conclusion, the 4 of us agreed , if someone asks you “ what was your holiday like “ - we couldn’t really do it justice in a few words . It was a trip of a lifetime, seeing , smelling , hearing , and being close enough to touch ( which obviously we didn’t , but we could have on occasions ) - no animals were tasted this trip 😉 . Watching Lions mate x 2 , Tree climbing lions, numerous Cheetahs, Leopards , Rhino ( 3 ) tens of thousands of wildebeest , Zebra , impala, gazelle, Hyena , lots of Hippos , but almost 100 new species of bird 🦅 . We finished the tour by going for a hike in the foothills of Kilimanjaro and to a coffee plantation, sadly it rained heavily and we were soaked and muddy , but had fun ( it became unsafe so we headed back ) it’s the first time I have prepared for an international flight home by using the small hose in a squatting toilet outside of the airport before check in to clean myself and my shoes , had to re pack on the pavement dry off and go back in with a clean towel to get changed . It was a fun end to an outstanding African experience. I can’t thank Safari bookings enough for putting me onto Safari soles , they were amazing and Estomy - thank you for being you ( if you ever read this ) . Our Friends have seen the pics, videos and still can’t believe the experience we had for the price. I would book again in a heartbeat.
