We have just returned from the most unforgettable 8-day safari in Tanzania, beautifully organized by Safari Soles Tours. From the moment we landed until the day we flew back, everything was seamless, exciting, and filled with moments we will cherish forever.
Our guide, Tumaini, was absolutely exceptional. Friendly, patient, and deeply committed to making sure we saw as much wildlife as possible, he went above and beyond every single day. He seemed to have an incredible network of friends among other guides, always exchanging information to locate animals for us. Thanks to his dedication, we experienced unforgettable moments—including waiting over 7 hours by the river to witness the wildebeest migration crossing, a once-in-a-lifetime sight.
He was also great fun to be around, making our drives enjoyable with his humor and stories. His passion for nature and wildlife was truly inspiring, and his determination to make our trip special was evident in every decision he made.

Our private safari with Safari Soles was truly unforgettable. Everything was well organized — from the safari itinerary to domestic flights and hotel transfers. The team was always available and did their best to help with any questions or issues that came up along the way.
Our guide, Banana, was absolutely exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and with a very good English. His deep knowledge of the wildlife, his sharp eye for spotting animals (even from a distance!) made every game drive exciting and memorable. He was patient, professional, and truly passionate about nature and conservation.
Thanks to him, we had the rare opportunity to see all Big Five, including a black rhino, which was a dream come true. We also spotted a leopard lounging in a tree and watched a cheetah and her baby— moments we’ll never forget.
The game drives in Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater were incredibly well-paced and tailored to our interests. We were never rushed and had plenty of time to soak in the beauty of each location. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the wildlife sightings were beyond what we had hoped for.
The accommodations arranged by Safari Soles were excellent — clean, comfortable, and in beautiful locations. The food was delicious, and the staff everywhere were welcoming and kind.

Incredible Experience with Shema, The Perfect Safari Guide! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My husband and I recently traveled to Tanzania with Safari Soles to celebrate our 9-year anniversary, and our trip could not have been more perfect—primarily thanks to our amazing guide, Shema. From the moment he picked us up, Shema treated us like old friends while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. He took care of making sure every detail was in place—coordinating with the places we stayed, making sure our dietary needs were communicated to lodges and restaurants, and ensuring every part of the trip ran smoothly.
Shema is incredibly knowledgeable about both the history and current life in Tanzania, as well as the wildlife and landscapes we explored. Every drive was both fascinating and fun because of his insights and stories. He went above and beyond to make our anniversary day extra special, which meant so much to us.
We always felt completely safe in his care, even on winding, bumpy safari roads, thanks to his excellent driving skills. The jeep was always spotless, fueled, and comfortable, which made our journeys that much more enjoyable.
I know he can’t control what animals show up, but it seems like nature loves him, because his ability to show up in the right place at the right time was incredible. Not only did we show up at just the right moments, but Shema did a great job of getting us close to the animals in a safe way that also respected them in their space. I deeply appreciate his discernment with this, because there were other companies that we're getting so close that the animals were clearly feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, and I honestly feel like those guides were putting people at risk. We never felt like we “missed” anything, but also felt like we got to watch things in nature without interfering.

Competent, reliable and serious
This was our first safari experience and it was amazing. We chose a ten days safari and we visited Tarangire Park, Serengeti National park, Ngorongoro crater, lake Eyasi and Materuni waterfals at Kilimanjaro. Our driver was Simon and he made sure that we were able to see all the big five thanks to his advise of starting the day very early, as it is the best time to see the animals being very active. In the morning Simon would brief us on the days activities and during the game drive he described the habits of the animals and their characteristics. The long hours spent in the jeep were worth it since we saw all the animals. The car was very confotable, there were cold drinks, plugs to charge our devices and binoculars. The highlights of our safari experience were seeing a cheetah with 4 cubs hunting a gazelle, a leopard on a tree with his prey and the very rare rhino. Happiness was our contact point and she was super available and very fast to reply to all our request.

Amazing trip to Zanzibar!
We booked our Zanzibar trip through Safari Soles and had an amazing experience. Everything was so well organised — from airport transfers to tours and activity reservations — which made the trip completely stress-free.
A special thanks to Diana, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She patiently discussed options with us over WhatsApp, helped plan the perfect itinerary, and even spent a lot of time brainstorming changes when our airline altered the flight schedule.
Our driver, Suleiman, who was with us for three of the five days, was also fantastic — very friendly and always made us feel comfortable.
Overall, we couldn’t recommend Safari Soles more highly for anyone visiting Zanzibar!

A great success with Safari Soles
A family with two boys, ages 12 and 15, went to Tanzania and Zanzibar. Safari Soles helped me plan my trip, designing the itinerary based on what I'd read online. We arrived in Arusha, spent a day at the Materuni Falls, coffee plantations, and Kikuletwa hot springs, then Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, the Lake Eyasi tribes (Hadzabe and Datoga), and a day at Mto Wambo (I loved it!). In total, 9 wonderful days in a private jeep.
Our driver, Aziz, could have participated in the Paris-Dakar without a problem—it was wonderful. And our guide, Kabila, was fantastic, since I requested one in Spanish. Thanks to both of them!
After that, we went to Zanzibar, and although I booked hotels independently, I ended up booking several more activities with this agency.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Amazing experience. We got to see a lot of animals. Our guide Joseph was the best. He's is very knowledgeable about all the different animals in the park and made sure we saw all of them from close. He knew all the best spots for animal watching and knows Serengeti by heart. Highly recommend him for the best safari experience.
