Easter Amboseli Tour. Our tour operator made the holiday worth every penny.
It was my first time travelling with a tour company and Spoton made me want to book again. It definitely is worth it, from timely response to pick-up, drop-off and game drives....just fantastic!!

Worst Communication and Experience
We had one of the most horrible experiences with this company. Communication felt very limited to us, especially after they received our payment, and we often felt like we were on our own. We found ourselves repeatedly trying to get information, and even then, it was sometimes unclear or inconsistent.
We were grouped in a cruiser with people from various online bookings (Viator, TripAdvisor, etc.), rather than what we expected in terms of a more dedicated guide or company setup. From our previous Maasai Mara safari experience, we had full company services — from the vehicle to the guide — with clear company identification. This experience was very different from that and did not meet our expectations.
We only booked it because a friend whose friend worked there (and has since left) recommended it, which made the experience even more disappointing for us. We regret that decision.
Long story short, this wasn’t what we expected. Even the safari in the Mara seemed to start later than what we are used to, as in our previous experience, game drives typically began much earlier. Because of this, we felt short changed overall.
Anyway, we live and learn

As per your complaint you booked a group joining safari and by that means it’s a SIC booking meaning you will have other clients on board and as your booking that was made .
The hotel you booked did you enjoy ? Yes you did as there is no complain about that meaning we did the booking as per your request .
We find it unfair for the statement of saying we scammed you which is a very strong we are Kenyans leading travel management company for 4 years in a row and we don’t scam our clients ..
Every challenges encountered we were to there to handle it and even you had a conversation with our CEO in regard to this and everything worked fine as per your trip .
That said we appreciate your feedback and do apologize for not meeting your expectations we surely looking forward to serving you better next time
