Awfull experience, cheaters!
I had a tour with this "company" in december.
First of all, they do not do tours, they just resell tours of the BIG TIME Safaris - https://www.safaribookings.com/p570
Or maybe it is the same company operating under 2 names...
Due to bad communication from their side I lost 1 day of my safari + I had to pay 350$ extra for their mistake! They did not send me any compensation. Instead - they just started to ignore me once the issue appeared they, so I had to find solution by myself.
I Higly DO NOT Recoomend neither this company as well as Big Time Safaris!

I hope our response finds you well.
I am kindly writing to post a complain about this review that has been put up on our safari bookings account, and i feel like it's unfair. That client had not informed us of their flight details, instead they did when they were on safari. We feel like this was their mistake, since they did not communicate to us to advice them on their flight schedule, before booking the safari. Instead, they put the blame on us. Flights are booked after booking safari and especially for long safaris.
Another thing, they are complaining about being overcharged $ 350 extra while in real sense, they actually requested for an upgrade on accommodation in Tanzania, and also an extra transfer to the airport to catch their sudden flight and of course, that attracted an extra cost.
We work in the same office with Big time safaris. The client is now saying that we do not deal with safaris and instead we resell tours from Big time safaris. This is so inappropriate.
We are highly offended by this client calling us cheaters, which is not what we are. Our clients whom we have served before and even after them, know that we provide the best services at very friendly prices.
