Good knowledge of Kenia and very personal and warm communication.
My wife and I made a great trip through Kenya. Emiel and Kennedy had prepared everything to perfection and every day was an experience in itself. We have been to places where there are hardly any tourists and everywhere we are very warmly welcomed by the locals. No shortage of good food ;-)
We visited down town Nairobi with ex-street boys, sailed among the hippos, cycled between the zebras and giraffes, walked around local markets, read books and of course visited the Masai Mara.
Charlie's Travels is definitely recommended if you want to make a trip in Kenya. Next time by train to Mombasa ...

Adventurous and professional
Charlie's travels organised our honeymoon in Tanzania. It was a great adventure and they were with us every step of the way. Simone was very professional and helped us to make the perfect program. We drove our own car, which was a great adventure. When we had a mechanical issue with the car they arranged everything and we didn't have to worry about it. Accommodations were great and probably not that easy to find if you would try to book it on your own. Communication and preparations are good.
The most beautiful roadtrip through Kenya!
Off the beaten track!
Our wish for the summer of 2019 was to make a roadtrip through Kenya. The two of us ... without a driver
and without a guide. It was not easy to find an organization that could help us with that.
It soon became clear to us that it is not usual to travel this way.
And then we found Charlie's Travels! Together with this great travel agency, and in our case
with Simone Langejan, we have put together a fantastic trip.
We travel all over the world and are quite critical ... but Simone helped us enormously
when selecting a car (Landrover!), compiling the route and finding the most original overnight places.
During this great trip, she and Dorcas (the Kenyan employee) were ready to immediately solve
the problems that came our way (this is Africa ... :)). Despite the (mostly) bad roads, the chaotic
traffic and the bad car that regularly let us down but thanks to the beautiful,
versatile country, the extremely friendly people and the enormous amount of wildlife, it was one of the best journeys ever!
