Great experience!
My girlfriend and I used Boundless African Jourmeys' services to go on a safari in Kenya and Tanzania. They were professional and very easy to work with from the get-go. We were initially dealing with four safari companies, and settled with this company because of exceptional customer service and value for the money. We were in contact with Annette who responded pretty fast and helped us to plan the whole trip. She booked some amazing hotels and provided us with a great guide (Joseph). It was the best trip we've had and Annette and Joseph made it all possible.
There were few things that tainted our great experience. One was the vehicle! we requested a 4x4, but ended up getting a van. So, make sure you stress about this, if you decide to go with this company. The other was the Maasai village that Joseph took us, to. It was a village very close to the Sekenani gate, right before you enter Maasai Mara game reserve. We were exploited in this village! Those greedy youngsters over charged us during village tour and almost forced us to buy their goods. My girlfriend and I kind of felt helpless while we were there and just wanted to get the hell out! So, save your money and stay away from this village. I've seen some better villages in the Tanzanian side.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company! They are very service minded and thrive to make sure their customers have the best time in Africa.
A general hint: don't buy any soverniers from roadside shops. They are crazy expensive. You'll get a much better price at the hotels or the airport. Also, if you are going to Massai Mara, try to book your stay at Ashnil Tented Camps. You will not be disappointed!

Safari was excellent and the vehicle was very clean
We communicated well via email and we received every answer we asked for.The tour itself was as promised,and we saw a great variety of wildlife.The driver guide was very attentive and really went above and beyond our expectations to make us happy.

Great Experience
We booked the 3 day safari. Annette did a wonderful job in arranging our tour, the accommodations were great, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and the drive along the way were amazing. The service was friendly and on time at every part of our trip. The safari was fantastic!

Lifetime experience; we are definitely coming back!
Literally everything was far beyond any expectations we could have had. The tour itself was incredible, we did 8 days in Kenya, taking us from Nairobi to Samburu, Sweetwaters, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara. The team put endless effort in making sure we don't miss a thing, even accomodating last minute requests. The guide was incredibly punctual, dedicated and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we saw all there is to see (completing the big 5!) We couldn't ask for more.

Perfect Safari
We booked the 12 Day Kenya & Tanzania Explorer with Boundless Africa Journeys. Annette arranged the perfect tour for us, all the accommodations she chose for us were great. I started with a lot of expectation and I can say it was wonderful, a unique experience.

Well Organized Trip
We had amazing time in Kenya Parks. The tour guide was really professional and shared all his knowledge about nature with us. Experience of nature, tribes and wildlife is amazing. BAJ are very good. They did a great job in putting everything together.
Annette did a great job of putting the itinerary together for us. Sam was a great and very obliging guide and we all enjoyed the whole trip very much. The only negative was some of the Lodges/Hotels were not as good as they appear on their Web site. The food in some of the Lodges/Hotels was definitely not up to the mark. Location, Room - Tents & Food/Beverages at Lake Naivasha Country Club & Samburu Intrepids Camp as per the itinerary were excellent.

Great safari experience for a reasonable price!
We are very happy with our experience with Boundless Africa Journeys. The communication with the company was overall very good, even though their email server was down for a while before our trip. Unfortunately we were affected by the significant tax raise of 18%, event though we had already paid a significant deposit. But we realized this was a problem unrelated to the company itself.
Everything about our safari experience upon arrival was excellent! Our driver, Gregory, was very talented, friendly and with a clear focus on our experience. We spent three days in Serengeti and one day in the Ngorongoro crater with him. In Serengeti, he spotted animals where we initially saw only vegetation, and many other safari jeeps followed us closely to take advantage of his knowledge.
It was a great experience to stay at Angani Tented Camp, without fences, in the heart of Serengeti. We heard lions and hyenas roaming around the camp at night.
Overall, we had an amazing vacation that we will never forget.

Superb
It was the best vacation. Samburu Intrepids was hi level and comfortable luxury tented camp. Perfect service and I would recommend this to upcoming visitors.
