Best Gorilla trekking and Murchison Fall experience
I have been to uganda four times in the last five years and Peter the owner of East African jungle safari, is my go to guy for planning my trips. With his warm grin and excellent services, Frank fulfils all of my wishes for things to see and do. He has taken me on activities like white water rafting on Nile in Jinja and gorilla trekking in Bwindi. He set up chimpanzee trekking in Kibale, a boat to the bottom of the Murchison Falls, and a real tree home for me to spend the night. I have enjoyed zip line in the Mabira forest,coffee farm trips, and the magnificent Sipi Falls. Frank makes anything I can imagine come true, which is why I keep returning.

We loved the experience with them
We loved our experience with them. We were picked up from the airport by a driver Ronald and brought to our lodging. The staff were very friendly and the driver was very knowledgeable. We were very lucky to see many Chimpanzees in Nyungwe Forest. We were able to go on the canopy walk and it was all very exciting. We were able to get some great pictures and the whole tour was well organized.

I was fortunate enough to have an amazing and experienced guide with the name of Ronald on the trip to Murchison Falls National Park . Ronald made the trip memorable with his knowledge of the different animals and calm and polite manner. All in all great experience.

Very Honest Tour Operator That Communicates With You Very Often and Well
We booked a 3 day Gorilla treking tour with Fred (Frena Adventures) that was to begin in Kigali, cross the Uganda border, trek with Gorilla's in Bwindi National Park. Flying into Kigali, Rwanda is much closer to Bwindi than flying into Entebbe. Anyway we had the trip booked for a party of 7, and due to the COVID pandemic (which seems to never end) kept the border closed and made getting into Uganda very difficult from Tanzania or Kenya due to all the additional testing we'd need to do.
Long story short, Fred was with us the entire time. As things arose, we could email him, and he'd respond promptly. We made a down payment on our tour, and due to all the circumstances, we had to cancel, and Fred was very good about refunding an agreed amount of money. It was very fair with us. I felt all along that Fred was a very honest man, and doing all he could to work things out with us. Like I mentioned earlier, he was quick to communicate. We didn't actually take this tour, but we have been working with Fred from January - August 2021, and I feel I have a really good idea of what kind of a man he is and company he runs.
We plan to do this Gorilla treking tour sometime, and we will plan to do it with Frena Adventures.

The safari tour was awesome. Gorilla hiking was so amazing. Transportation was at time as scheduled. Staff was very active & helpful. Whole tour of safari jungle was memorable.
