We have just returned from a trip organized by Safari Adventure, carried out in February 2024, which included a climb on Kilimanjaro followed by a safari in the western parks of Tanzania. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the precise organization and the quality of the support structures selected by the agency.
A special thank you goes to Masha and Michela, who took care of every detail of our travel package, demonstrating professionalism and an exceptional dedication in meeting our needs and desires. Their attention allowed us to live this adventure with the utmost serenity.
From the beginning, we were greeted by a team of highly competent professionals. A special thank you goes to Stephen and Nelson, who led our climb, proving to be experts, patient, and incredibly supportive. The group of porters who accompanied us was fundamental to the success of our adventure: without their help and encouragement, the climb would have been much more challenging.
The second part of our journey saw us exploring the western parks, under the expert guidance of Elia. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna, combined with a contagious enthusiasm, made every day of the safari a unique and enlightening experience. Elia did not just show us the beauty of the landscape and the animals, but enriched our trip with anecdotes and in-depth information, which made the safari even more memorable.
Some advice for those considering a similar trip: prepare physically for the climb, as Kilimanjaro offers significant challenges; bring a good pair of binoculars for the safari, as it will allow you to appreciate even the more distant and shy animals.
In conclusion, our experience with Safari Adventure was unforgettable. The professionalism and passion of their team, together with the exceptional organizational support of Masha and Michela, made this trip not just an adventure, but a true journey of discovery. Experiencing the magnificent emotions of the Arusha Park with a nature walk, the Tarangire Park, Lake Manyara, descending into the Ngorongoro crater, the Serengeti and the spectacle of migration in the Ndutu area, where in this period thousands and thousands of wildebeests give birth to their cubs followed by thousands of zebras and gazelles, cannot be put into words and it would be to minimise the reality of what one feels and experiences. The tour with Joao was fantastic. We visited Ngorongoro, Serengeti, ndutu, tarangire, manyara, eyasi lake, arusha. Nice and good guide who speaks Italian well if necessary. very knowledgeable about animal species. With him we saw over 100 different species including all the big five obviously. My family and I made a 5-days safari tour around the 4 main parks, including Ndutu Lake natural reserve in the middle between Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Personally Ndutu park has been one of my favourites, since it provided us with amazing and unpredictable scenarios thanks to the migrations in that area. However, the experience was outstanding and our guide/driver (Frednand) was really nice and funny, we laughed a lot.

Premium experience in Tanzania
We took a 5-day safari through the four main parks of Northern Tanzania. The accommodations in the lodge and tent camp were all of a good standard, with kind staff attentive to all our needs. Good food in all facilities and on midday picnics. We traveled in a very large and sturdy jeep all to ourselves. Our Mainer guide was perfect. He speaks Italian well, drives safely in all conditions (due to rain one day we also had to wade rivers in flood and make detours in dirt roads with a lot of water and mud), and has an exceptional eye to see the animals. Mainer has always been a pleasant company during the trip, nice and playful, but also discreet and respectful of our spaces.
