Ganyana Safari is best option for Uganda trip
We went to Uganda at our own risk, but thanks to Ganyana Safari we had the most beautiful experiences. Our best driver, Musoke, who also became our very good friend took us to places we would not have visited on our own. We had a lot of fun, the driver was very accommodating and planned the program according to us and all of money are worth it :) Thanks to Ganyana we are leaving with full hearts and cannot imagine our trip in Uganda any other way. Awesome experience !
I recommend 100%! The team is great, they accompanied me to book and plan my trip with my family. We rented a car with driver for 15 days, very comfortable and with sockets. The driver is very nice, a very good guide and great driver! I In addition to the national parks, we visited coffee and cocoa plantations and an association where they make paper from elephant dung. Thanks to Musoke, Catherine and the whole Ganyana team.

Trustworthy
It was a great company to book the tour for Murchison Falls NP. All we decided was great and well performed. Me and my girlfriend is really satisfied about this trip, she is Ugandian but have never seen these animals in the wild.
I'm just sorry to say that the driver hadn't read our itenary so we almost missed the chimpanzee tour since it was booked at 2 pm and we arrived by 4 pm. To see chimps in their forest was a nice experience.
The day after we went to see the safari animals and that was great. The boat trip on the Nile was great as well.
All in all it was a great trip

is simply the best
We were in Uganda for 10 days over Christmas. We needed a rental car, Ganyana Safari had just the thing and at a reasonable price We hired a safari bus. That was great because we weren't even checked the whole time. Although there were street patrols everywhere. when we were in a national park our brakes failed but Ganyana Safari immediately sent us a mechanic to repair it. Ganyana Safari is super friendly cheap and has a great sevise. Highly recommended

disapponting!!
the van given to us-the speedometer was faulty, hence possibly the driver was over-speeding. 1 wheel nut was missing from the wheel which got tyre burst, jack wasn't working, spare tyre too wasn't in good condition. all in all it wasn't a pleasant trip as far as their services are concerned.

Back from my first visit in Uganda, I would like to share my experience of my 8 day safari tour as a female solo traveller.
Travel consultant Catherine organized the tour according to my preferences and made sure everything runs smoothly. Any question or doubts I had were addressed promptly. My tour guide Ibaada was very polite and a responsible driver. He was there for airport pick-up and took care of the paperwork during the trip. He is calm and communicates fluently in English. I felt safe and comfortable in his company.
The Ganyana team put effort to ensure a positive experience and they were very responsive also during the trip on whatsapp. Especially in current times of pandemic, I was grateful to have chosen a reliable tour operator. Thank you Ganyana Safaris team!
