Very attentive and lots of knowledge about the Safari and animals
This trip I booked completely blind not knowing who the people or place was and it turned out incredibly amazing just like I had dreamed the location to be and the places to stay we had monkeys arrive while having breakfast and I had also arranged to propose to my girlfriend at the time and they had arranged everything for me while we was out and the safari was so amazing they had answerd every question I asked and managed to find every animal they had.

Lodge is very good and there work amazing people. The location is very nice with a view on the river. Every evening they make a campfire so you can just relax and have a beer!

the atmosphere of the place is impeccable, beautiful landscape, friendly environment, kind and prepared staff. we could hear the hippos at night, monkeys were running around the yard in the morning. the food was delicious, the manager happily fulfilled any request we had.
and the way they welcomed us.... if you come, you will experience it too. :)
i recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart!

Amazing time in Selous
Had a 4 day tour with Mapumziko Lodge. Communication went very well and easy. They adapted the schedule to my wishes. During my stay they made sure I felt comfortable and that everything went fine. Accomodation is basic, but everything you need is there: hot water, good beds, blankets, a fan, ... And all the tents have views on the river. At night they serve diner next to the campfire, great atmosphere.

mapumziko lodge is one of the calm places i ever sleep , it was my first time sleep here for 2 night but 3rd time in Selous national park i love the rooms and I was so happy with all their stuff smile and so helpful and mr frank , tumain ,gorge, rose daud, saleh babu and elisante was really helpful

A magic, authentic and wonderful stay in Mapumziko lodge
Amazing stay at Mapumziko Lodge with my daughter! The staff were incredibly kind and caring, the food was excellent, and the place felt truly authentic. We loved seeing the monkeys and other wildlife around the lodge. Everything was perfectly organized by Franklin. One of my best travel experiences ever !
