Very helpful during COVID
We had a Safari planned in Tanzania for this September, but COVID forced our airline to cancel our flight over to Africa so we could not make our trip.
We had already put a deposit down for our Safari, which we had to wire over with our bank. This was a very easy process, though.
Since our trip was cancelled, we needed to request a refund for our deposit. The company graciously refunded our ENTIRE deposit and wired it back to us in a very timely manner. We used Western Union for the wire and it was a seamless transaction.
Omar helped us along the way with everything! Omar spent a couple of weeks with us over email creating our perfect safari, and he did! We were very disappointed we could not experience it.
When we plan our trip back to Tanzania, we will be contacting Omar with Connect African Safaris!
