Professional and very efficient!
I had a free day in Arusha so I decided to contact Biko Adventure Tours to see if they had a last minute opening available for Arusha National Park. I spoke with Saitoti, who I believe is the owner, and he quickly made arrangements for me in 10 minutes. About an hour or less later I was greeted at the hotel
I was staying at, by Saitoti and the Guide/Driver, Said, and Travel Consultant/Photographer, Gift. Arusha National Park is marvelous but, the expertise and knowledge from both Said and Gift made the experience much better! We were able to have up close and personal experiences with Baboons, Blue Monkeys, Red Duikers, Spotted Waterbucks, African Water Buffalo, Black & White Colobus Monkeys, Warthogs, Zebras and tons of Giraffe! The Safari truck was a roof hatch that lifted and it allowed for top notch viewing. A boxed lunch was also provided which consisted of a beef pie, chicken, potato and beef kobobs, fruit juice and yogurt. Water and Cola was also provided during the tour! The landscapes in this park are beautiful, you have flat areas and also hilly areas; on a good day you can see Mt Meru, but due to the clouds we could not spot it. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience and I would suggest anyone who has a free day or even a half day in or near Arusha, to contact Biko Adventure Tours and make it happen! You will not be disappointed!

Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater
We joined a 4 day tour to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater in June. The trip was well planned, and the accommodation at Serengeti Semetu Camp was excellent. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise and giraffes outside our windows is a highlight of our trip. Our guide was experienced and informative. We managed to see the Big 5s and took pictures from the perfect angle. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we saw the baby lions and a leopard on the tree. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The tour was absolutely perfect well organized, withhout any problems or misunderstandings
We had an organized trip to three n.parks (two overnight stays) as a family trip with our small children. We were absolutelly thrilled, The stay in hotel (Fanaka lodge) was great, the hot food served along the way was excellent. The driver and guide in one person took exemplary care of us along the way, we didn't have a single problem.

A little inexperienced in some things but with a very helpful, kind and supportive team.
The experience of the trip was overall very positive. The parks we visited were incredibly beautiful and well-maintained, and the lodges were also very nice. Staff always very attentive and helpful and extremely friendly. The guides very patiently and attentively showed us a lot of beautiful things and lots of animals. It would have been nice to have some more explanation during the tour about the history and life of the place, but I will elaborate on my own because the country is very interesting. Really unforgettable experience, full of great emotions with a team that was able to put everyone at ease. Much cleanliness everywhere and attention to needs and food. Willingness of the team to adapt and change schedules, even very early, as needed. Absolutely to be recommended!

It was an amazing experience!
I booked a day tour at the last minute. and the Biko team was helpful and responded quickly. Compared to online booking, the prices offered are quite affordable. During the trip I encountered unpredictable traffic jams but the guide and driver always gave a positive vibes. So I can still enjoy my trip. Safari day tours are also really fun because they provide detailed explanations and give you time to really see and experience the daily wildlife.

An excellent Safari
This Safari was excellent and, thanks tou our superb guide, we saw some truly amazing things. Unfortunately some of the accommodation did not work out as planned.

Amazing Rongai Route.
It was our wish to trek Africas rooftop, having seen different routes and after excellent guidance from Biko Adventures tour consultant (Martin) we chose the Rongai route because we wanted to be on a less-traveled path. Being a group of six we wished to have a great guidance so that we all summit.
From the pickup at airport the treatment was lovely then we herd to Rongai.
Our Biko Adventures guides were really accommodating, friendly, generous, and amusing. We were a little envious of the cabin dwellers with nice mattresses to sleep on when we arrived at Kibo camp. Our guide was really attentive as we struggled with altitude issues. We finally made it to the top, but It wasn't easy getting there. To keep us secure, our guide, helper, guide, and cook joined us. and sang us a cheerful song to encourage us all the way to the summit. We had a great time, and the Biko adventures guides could not have been more accommodating!
I recommend Biko Adventures for their professional service from the time we start chatting to the time we summited.
