Friendly, knowledgable and go out of their way to make sure you have the best experiences in Tanzani
From the moment we met the team ( champagne reception at the Safari truck) to the day we had to say goodbye, our time was full of laughter, fun. Amazing sightings of animals, scenery and great accommodation. They went out of their way to ensure our time in Tanzania was memorable.
The little touches like the picnic hamper full of goodies and lovely food. Joining us for breakfast and dinner, All added to the experience.
And we have taken amazing photos to keep those memories alive .
Special thanks to Saitoti, Gerald and Gift. We are definitely going to return in the future.

An intellectual journey full of laughter
This time, we joined a trip with Biko Adventure, and Saitoti and Said picked us up at the Isebania border. Upon getting into the vehicle, we noticed that the interior of the off-road car was spotlessly clean, and all the accessories were in perfect condition. Inside the car, there were bottled water and sodas kept in a car refrigerator, meaning we had access to chilled drinks throughout the journey š. There were also cashew nuts and tissues provided, which was incredibly thoughtful.
In the vast Serengeti Plains and Ngorongoro Crater, Said diligently searched for wildlife. During this trip, we saw a large pride of lions, including lion cubs, observed a leopard up close, and encountered countless hippos. Of course, other herbivores were abundant, and we managed to spot all the āBig Fiveā and even the āUgly Fiveā during this adventure.
The accommodations arranged by Biko Adventure were of excellent quality, with superb lodging and dining experiences. Even for picnics, Biko used dedicated cookware to serve hot meals in the wilderness, complete with red and white wine, making the outdoor dining experience extraordinarily refined.
The itinerary was well-organized and seamless. Saitoti and Said would always arrive at the designated meeting points ahead of time to assist with preparations, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable journey. Saitotiās sense of humor and Saidās youthful enthusiasm made this trip both fulfilling and enjoyable.

Highly recommend Biko adventure
We had the most incredible trip to Tanzania in June with the team at Biko Adventure tours .We were greeted at Kilimanjaro airport by our guide Said who was the kindest , most helpful young man you could meet. He was extremely knowledgeable about culture and wildlife and looked after us so well that by the end we considered him our good friend . Also we had the wonderful driver Bariki who we also were delighted to meet and took great care and patience with us.
Our trip was in three parts, starting off with Kilimanjaro where we hiked to the first camp and we also visited amazing waterfalls in banana plantations, hiked thru canyons and swam in rivers, then after an overnight at the Forest Hillās hotel which was excellent we began our safari, visiting Maasai tribes and coffee plantations enroute. We stayed at a Maasai owned camp called giraffe camp at lake natron and watched the flamingos on the lake. We drove to the Serengeti and couldnāt believe our eyes along the way seeing giraffe, zebras, buffalo and within 2 minutes of entering the Serengeti itself saw two lions mating. We went on to see so many lions , also elephants, hippos actually all the big 5 . At ngorogoro crater we say the elusive rhinoceros and wonderful exotic birds.
We then returned to Arusha for one night and flew to Zanzibar for 5 nights of relaxation at the royal Zanzibar hotel which I would reccomend .
Definitely we give 5 stars for our tour guides and Saitoti at Biko adventures who was very attentive and helped make this the trip of a lifetime with our children.
