Communication was very excellent and the tour operator was very responsible
The tour operator, Vincent was extremely helpful and communicative during the travel arrangements and booking. He was very flexible and provided excellent suggestions.
The tour was very well run, and the guide/driver, Joseph was very knowledgeable and responsible. Everything was on time and very well organized.
As a couple travelling we were never worried or concerned. And the accommodations were spectacular!
Overall, an amazing 11 days pride of Uganda Wildlife Safari that will last with us forever!

Great & Amazing Safari by Ecovic Tours!
Was such a great tour, Vincent was the best making sure everything was taken care of and I got the best experience from the activities, sorting out my visa, accomodations and meals everything.
I am very surprised more people dont boom and do this in the off season. The chimps and Gorilla experience was just as good or actually probably better because there was less tourists.
Can't thank Ecovic Tours enough.
Thank you!

You will be in excellent hands
Our experience in Uganda with Ecovic Tours was simply excellent. We had an incredible trip, perfectly organized from beginning to end, allowing us to discover all the wonders of Uganda, from the amazing game drives to the unforgettable gorilla trekking experience.
Vincent was in contact with us on WhatsApp from the very beginning, answering all our questions and adapting the itinerary to our needs. We also found them to offer excellent value for money.
A very special thank you to Vincent and Joseph for making us feel at home throughout the journey. Their kindness, warmth, and joy added something truly special to the trip and made every day even more enjoyable.
Uganda is a beautiful country, and thanks to Ecovic Tours we were able to experience it in the best possible way. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning to visit Uganda. You will be in excellent hands.

Excellent organisation of our tour including visits to community groups
Victoria was very good to deal with. Our tour was bespoke as we wanted to visit 3 ugandan women's groups I support. He communicated with the groups to enable us to visit them whilst also visiting the National.Parks and the treks.
We chose Budget accommodation and it was all nice with friendly staff and close to the Parks.
Our driver Hussein was great and a very good, safe driver who was also great for identifying animals.

Professional
Our eight-day tour in Uganda was absolutely amazing and will definitely remain one of the best trips we have ever taken.
During the journey, we had the chance to see practically all the animals we were hoping to encounter. The safaris were certainly among the highlights of the trip, together, of course, with the incredible experience of gorilla trekking and seeing the gorillas in their natural habitat.
A special thank you goes to our driver and guide, Sanchez, who was always extremely helpful, professional and attentive. At the same time, when appropriate, he was also very friendly, funny and easy-going, which we particularly appreciated as we were two 26-year-old travellers. During the safaris, he always did his best to get us into the best possible positions to see the animals up close, while always respecting the rules and the wildlife. Without him, the experience definitely would not have been the same.
We were also very impressed with all the accommodations included in the tour. They were beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were always extremely friendly and welcoming.
If I had to mention one aspect that I enjoyed less, it would be the visit to the local community near the gorilla forest. Personally, I found the experience a little too staged for tourists and not particularly authentic. I would have preferred to skip this activity and perhaps spend that time doing a trekking experience or another activity in the beautiful mountainous area nearby. Of course, this is only my personal opinion and it does not change my overall impression of the trip.
It is also worth mentioning that this can be quite a demanding tour physically, mainly because there are many long drives across the country. Some of the roads are unpaved and some days can be long, but I can say without hesitation that it is absolutely worth it.
I would also like to thank Vincent, who organised the trip together with me, discussing the different itineraries and helping me choose the one that best suited what we were looking for. And once again, a huge thank you to Sanchez, who drove throughout the entire trip, never complained about being tired and always tried to accommodate our requests.
I would definitely recommend this experience to friends and family, and in fact I am already sharing the agency’s contact details with people I know.
For the overall experience, I give the tour 5 stars. If I had to include the local community visit in the rating separately, I would probably give it 4.5 stars, but everything else about the trip was truly exceptional.
I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover Uganda, its national parks and incredible wildlife, and above all experience the unforgettable moment of seeing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.

Go local and you'll never regret it
I booked my trip to Uganda with Ecovic Tours only one month before the departure. It was a short time window, but they were ready to help me and let me and Alessandro meet directly there to share the trip. Meeting a young man like me while exploring a new country was the first great point. Then obviously all the thins we saw where fantastic: the landscapes, the animals, the food, the stays, the people. Our driver and guide, Sanchez, was really reliable and willing to help us get the best experience: along with Vincent, they arranged to let us do an extra night safary and the shoebill tracking which were not planned at the start. Sometimes I felt that certain experiences were a little bit "For tourists" meaning mass toruism, but this didn't influence the whole experience. So thank you for you effort and professionality! My first time in Uganda and in Africa was memorable.
Furthermore I had lot of fun in taking photos, it has been a long time since I felt like that!
