We had an incredible experience! Our adventure with Kiwoito Africa Safari began in February/March with Evaline! A strong contact in humanity! We exchanged more than 45 emails before our departure. She made us a customised stay. Depending on our expectations, our budget, our periods. She was of remarkable responsiveness, infinite patience and above all of all of exceptional kindness! Each of his messages was of a rare benevolence! She concocted a stay perfectly adapted to our expectations! We had the chance to meet, she made her way to us when we arrived. Our exchanges were so warm that it's like we've always known each other! Thank you ☺️ Evaline you were great! Really .. then we met Deo. Our French-speaking guide. The one who made us discover the savannah, with so much passion. He knows everything about everything, animals, flora, culture! He knows the roads like the back of his hand. He gave us the time we needed to admire the landscapes, explained to us so many things that we did not know. Deo is a book, a well of science! What a pleasure to have had the chance to be with him during these 6 days! He took great care to make this safari unforgettable for us and he did it tremendously well!! Thanks again Deo 🙏🏻. We closed our stay by meeting Charles, the manager! He came to greet us at the airport and brought us small souvenir gifts! Thank you, Charles. So many touching attentions for us! In short, this local agency that respects animals and nature is the one you need. Everything was so perfectly organised by them that we just had to let ourselves go!! Each lodge tent was perfectly cosy, meals of various and varied choices, all very good. All the staff of the camps were smiling, attentive and attentive. For all this I thank this Kiwoito team who allowed us to realise an immersion in nature with authenticity!

A wonderful experience, thanks to the excellent organization by Kiwoito. Our guide was knowledgeable, respectful of the animals, and explained their behavior and natural habitat in a fascinating way. He was always on the lookout for wildlife, helping us spot animals hidden in the bush. He showed us a truly magnificent country. We had an unforgettable experience with Kiwoito Africa Safaris. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, warm and reliable, which made us feel confident about our trip.
Our guide was not only extremely knowledgeable about wildlife and nature but also very friendly and attentive to our needs. Every day was perfectly organized and everything ran smoothly.

Absolutely amazing safari company with great customer service!
Highly recommend kiwoito! We are two travelers from America in our 30s visiting east Africa for the first time. We couldn’t have picked a better company to go with! There were so many safari companies to choose from, that were so overwhelming but what made us go with this company was how fast Jessca responded to us, and accommodated our every request. We have over 50 emails with her and she responds multiple times in a day. The itinerary was detailed and professional- we did 10 days safari through Tanzania including Serengeti and ngorongoro crater. In retrospect the only recommendation is to spend less time In lake natron and more at the crater but that was our own picking. They contract out out to AMAZING lodges at better rates than you can get on your own. Seriously, the lodges were all perfect. And we did mid tier with a luxury booking at the end. I’m very impressed how we marked that we were celebrating our anniversary and every single place remembered to wish us congratulations, and many if not most went above and beyond with cakes and songs! Truly so so special, we’ve never felt this level of service back in the states. Lastly, our guide Festo Msofe was an absolute star. He’s been a guide for 15 years and it shows. He was so enthusiastic about teaching us animals facts, and he clearly knows his way around the plains. He managed to get us front row Seats to the Mara river crossing not once but THREE TIMES - he just knows when it’s about to happen. And we never waited more than 30 minutes either! He also took his time with the drives, and never rushed us to go home. If anything we wanted to call it an early day but he encouraged us to see a bit more. Other guides told us we were lucky to have him and we really think so. He’s very honest and sincere! So from beginning to end the trip was perfect. Small details like making sure your favorite drinks and snacks were in the car was also noted and appreciated. From what I understand. They’re mostly marketed to the French but everyone spoke perfect English. Definitely recommending this company to friends and family. Oh, and they’re locally Tanzanian owned which goes back to further supporting the cause! They’re a small company that focuses on making a good intimate experience for you!

Kilimanjaro, safari and Zanzibar. A dream vacation
I wholeheartedly recommend Kiwoito Africa Safari. I have long dreamed of traveling to Africa, and Kiwoito arranged the perfect itinerary tailored to my budget and desires.
My wishes were to climb Kilimanjaro, go on a safari, and relax on Zanzibar. Kiwoito designed an impeccable program! Throughout the planning process, they communicated quickly and effectively with all my inquiries.
Kilimanjaro: I completed a five-day trek to Uhuru Peak via the Marangu route. I reached the summit despite limited acclimatization days. This was made possible by my outstanding guide, Sebastian, and his team. It became immediately clear to me that Sebastian possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, which was crucial for me to reach the top. I give Sebastian and his team my highest recommendations and am forever grateful that they accompanied me on this journey.
The safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater was also a great success. We encountered some vehicle problems one day, but luckily we had the perfect guide and driver, Samir. He resolved the issue as quickly as possible and did everything he could to make up for lost time. Before the trip, I was recommended to experience a hot air balloon safari. Kiwoito arranged this for me at a much lower cost than booking directly with the companies – an incredible experience!
The days on Zanzibar were as relaxing as I had imagined and provided a perfect end to my adventure-filled vacation. The original hotel I booked was canceled, but despite the high season, Kiwoito secured a fantastic hotel, making Zanzibar perfect.
I give Kiwoito my warmest recommendation. They communicate well and quickly, tailor the trip to your wishes and budget, and made me feel safe and cared for, even traveling alone. Evaline kept in daily contact throughout the journey, providing valuable information and assisting with all my requests. Thank you!
