Terrible
I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Booked with them Nairobi national park game drive
Driver arrived 1hr late, drive was to start at 6am it started at 0705
To cover for his lateness he started rushing us and was very entitled
He wanted us to work with his schedule not our schedule as if he's the one who paid for the experience
Insisted on exiting using Eastgate leaving us in the middle of nowhere we couldn't even find uber to take us back and I had clearly told Diana Mumbe who helped with the booking which gate we prefer using
26,499kshs spent with zero satisfaction
Driver main excuse, he was only informed that morning about the drive as someone else was supposed to take us. The number I was given by Diana was not even for the driver who came to take us
What is posted online is very different from what is delivered
I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND them to anyone

I do believe that once this was shared we Did Personal Call you, and Further to it Did a Caution the The Driver Guide on his Disconnect on Service Delivery. Further to it , a Full Refund on the Amount Paid was Shared with you and you did Confirm Receipt.
We Would like to assure you that however much , this isn't our Ordinary Modus Operandi , and we Endeavour to ensure that Guests Experience is always Stellar and Above and Beyond the Expected Value

Unforgettable Experience
I booked the trip 3 days before the departure date and the team understood the assignment as they were quick to respond and gave me a great package for my friends. We did a safari to Amboseli National Park and the driver guide assigned to us by Oribi was the best. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Genuine, good offers and very accommodating
Booked through Charity who helped us get something within out budget. She is very resourceful. Willing to explore alternatives rather than imposing routine. We were paired with Victor, our guide. He was also very knowledgeable, patient and polite. Knew lots about safaris. We had a really good time generally during the whole trip. Would do it again.

Reliable and Efficient
The tour was excellent from start to finish. Charity was incredibly responsive, reliable, and attentive, making sure all my needs were met, even though I booked on very short notice. She still managed to secure a great deal for us. Our tour guide, Victor, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the trip. Overall, we had a fantastic experience in Samburu and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
