Amazing experience!
Amazing experience I will never forget. We did a ten day private driving safari including Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Lake Navaisha and the Maassai Mara followed by an extension to Lamu and Mombasa Our travel agent Joanne Kiao went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Planning was meticulous and she kept in touch with our guide throughout to make sure things ran smoothly. Our driver/quide Gerald Murero was awesome. It seemed like he could read the minds of the animals and not only could find them but could anticipate where they would go next. As a bonus he taught us about Maasai culture and helped with our photography. Can't recommend Sunworld, Joanne and Gerald enough!

Unforgettable First Safari with Sunworld Safaris
From the very first contact to our return, everything with Sunworld Safaris worked flawlessly. Communication in advance was fast, transparent, and tailored to us—our wishes were perfectly taken into account. We had a private tour with our own vehicle; our driver spoke excellent German, was incredibly attentive, and took us to fantastic places.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful details: always-chilled water in the vehicle, plus complimentary safari hats and high-quality water bottles that will keep this unforgettable first safari alive at home.
Bottom line: highly recommended—our next trip (already in the works) will definitely be booked with Sunworld Safaris again!

Two week trip of a lifetime!
If we could give Sunworld Safaris ten stars, we would. Alice arranged the two week trip we were hoping for and answered countless emails from us. All of our accommodations were excellent and the food was great. And the Sunworld land cruisers were in great shape and much better for safaris than most of the vehicles we saw.
But the Star of the show was our guide, Nick. Nick was a treasure trove of knowledge about the wildlife shots, the culture, the people. He made sure we had everything we needed and drove us safely through the wild Kenyan roads. And he anticipated where the best wildlife shots would be time after time. I would 100% recommend Sunworld and Nick for any trip to Kenya.

excelent tour organiser
We booked our vehicle (Land Cruiser) and driver/guide with Sunworld Safaris. Joanne in the office was extremely helpful, and it made organising the trip so much easier. She helped to iron out all the details, and we felt very well looked after. We were met at the airport and never looked back! The vehicle was of high quality, spacious and comfortable, but most of all, we had such an amazing guide, Harry, to lead us on our safari adventures. Harry was extremely knowledgeable and an amazing person, and guided us expertly. He made the whole experience memorable and truly special. Thank-you. We would highly recommend using Sunword.

Simply would not use any other operator
Trying to organize a Safari is quite stressful because there is so much information available. I spent approximately 2 months trying to digest all the information, since the agency you use could literally make or break your experience, and at the end we decided to go with Sunworld Safaris and it was the best decision we could've made.
From the moment I started engaging with Sonal there was immediate trust. She understood the brief and was extremely proactive and accommodating throughout the process. At no point was there unnecessary up selling and she stuck to the budget, and even made some good suggestions to help us maximize our time.
There are a lot of moving pieces, especially when you're trying to organise a 3 x Camp Safari (Ol Pejeta, Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara) involving 2 x adults and 3 kids, but Sonal is all over the details and will keep you in check if you haven't provided the necessary information. They even provide you a detailed itinerary via an App and Website so you can clearly review your itinerary before and during the Safari.
Our guide, Obadiah Muraya, was the best! When you spend over a week with a guide you want to make sure they are not only good at their job but also have a personality that will allow you to be comfortable with them. Obadiah ticked all the boxes! He was extremely knowledgeable (we ticked off the Big 5 within the first few days and even saw a kill!), accommodating to our requests and a highly skilled photographer (and laughed at my silly jokes...he has an infectious laugh!). He is a friend for life and will only use him for future Safari's.
Thank you Sunworld Safari's for bringing our trip of a lifetime to life. People say Africa hits you differently and they were not wrong. You have provided us with a lifetime of stories and happy memories, and for that we can't thank you enough.

Amazing Company
This was our first safari, and Sunworld Safari made it an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable experience. A friend highly recommended your services, and I’m glad we followed their advice. Thank you to Joseph for taking the time to help us select the best options for the safari to Maasai Mara and for upgrading our stay to the Luxury Migration Camp. The property and staff, lead by Mr Morris, were outstanding, contributing to an unforgettable stay. The food was super amazing too.
We are also incredibly grateful to have had Mr. Laban as our guide. He was truly exceptional—not only does he know every inch of the Maasai Mara, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about its flora and fauna, even down to their Latin names. His professionalism, punctuality, safe driving, and polite demeanor made our trip seamless. Thanks to him, we were able to spot all of the Big Five, photograph a variety of bird and plant species, and even witness the rare Southern Ground Hornbill. As a Maasai himself, he provided deep insights into Maasai culture, explaining everything with clarity. His excellent command of English further enriched our experience.
Tonight marks our final night in Kenya, but the memories we've made will last a lifetime. We truly appreciate everything, and we will certainly be recommending Sunworld Safaris to others.

exceeding expectations
Sun World Safaris made the safari experience everything we had hoped. We stayed at Little Zebra Camp and just loved the accommodations. The staff (especially Thomas and Daniel) made us feel special and wanted. Ask for Laban as your guide. He was great great. You can not go wrong with him.
The balloon ride and visiting the Masai village was icing on the cake.

Exceptional!
We just returned from an amazing journey through Kenya and had every detail managed by Sunworld Safaris, and in particular, Joseph Kuria. I can't say enough about how professional, prompt, and responsive Joseph was to all our needs and questions. Everything went like clockwork.
