Excellent Service
Sovereign adventures provided excellent service booking our trip for my family of 5 to Ashnil Mara Camp. I made my reservations while in the USA and everything was seamless from asking for quotes to payments. Sarah kept checking on us throughout the 3 days enduring we were getting good service from the hotel and even the driver that was driving us around the Mara. It was well organized and we felt well catered for.
We had a company retreat (around 11 people) and Sarah did an amazing job in helping us select the best fit for us in regards to attaining our desired goal, budget and activities. We had a sublime time! From the pick up to drop off at the hotel and going back, it was a seamless process. No hitches along the way.
